DONT BUY THEM!!

Summer prizes are scam, wonder why so low rated reviews of this company. They have promotion running so I entered not one but four times but the spin the wheel go on winning arrow, how terrible scam it is???
And this is not the first time, I experienced in the past too.

Purchased the el nacho beef pizza. Looks lovely on the packaging - fully loaded. When you open it the reality is shocking! Barely any cheese, let alone beef and nachos!

Bought the meal deal, played the competition game on the box and won a skateboard from skatehut! Never received the prize and they blocked my email from the game. I contacted them twice and never received a reply

Purchased a BBQ Chicken and Bacon Bonaza in Feb 2025 from Tesco and to call it is a Bonanza is clearly a mistake and should be reviewed. The amount of chicken and bacon was a joke and was more a cheese and tomato pizza. We decided to make a complaint to the company directly and finally received a reply in May, almost 3 months later. This really does sum up this company, poor product and poor customer service. Their reply was
“ Many thanks for getting in touch. We're sorry to hear you were disappointed. We advise on the back of pack instructions that the toppings may need to be distributed and I hope you could move the toppings across the pizza and enjoy it.

We'll pass your feedback on to our production team.

Unfortunately we had already cooked and eaten the pizza so to suggest we should distribute the toppings was clearly a joke. Now we know why this meal deal is so cheap. Will stick to the more established pizza brands.

You definitely don’t get what shows on the packet! How this company play on their marketing material is shocking. Even after distributing the product around (like they suggested in their response to my email to them?) what I was left with with nothing short of disgraceful, I would rather pay a £1 more or whatever it cost to get an acceptable amount of product on the pizza rather than risk a consumer never buying again “now there’s a thought”

I bought a Meat Metropolis, marked down from 5.50 to 2.59 (date related) for my friend who likes a meat feast.

Meat Feast ? Meat Least !

I asked my friend how he found the (scarce) meat, he replied He "didn't".

The dough was really good; the meat ? Extremely mean. Purported to be a USA type product; emblazoned with American style adverts and competitions. Even a winners trip to New York ! I have lived in the US twice, and never had a pizza as "unloaded" as this one ! Marketed as "Take Away". They certainly took my money away !
