Scam. Avoid if you don’t want to lose your money.

Stay away from this thief, look at the reviews and also UKpreppingshop, same small time scammer that lives off customers money and doesn’t send a large number of items that have been paid for! He then insults you and everyone that questions his dreadful little shop! Read the reviews he’s actually comical in really sad way! 3 weeks on no crossbow and no refund!

I ordered some ReadyWise meals, a couple of water filters, and an excellent crossbow. The whole process was smooth — I got tracking updates the entire way, and the package arrived right on time. Everything was packed securely, and all items came in perfect condition. The quality is exactly what I expected. Very happy with the order.

Don't buy anything from this site! It is run by a scammer who will find a hundred excuses not to deliver.

Didn't get all of my money back when the products weren't in store. They react poorly on mail, don't investigate what's going wrong and saying that the refunds got thru. (But I didn't get the money)
It's over a month, but they stopped reacting on email. Don't pick up the phone...

This is a scam website. You pay and you get nothing .
Not even a answer, nobody responds to the message, to the call.
I never receive my order . I lost a lot of money.

Unfortunately, my purchases have not arrived since January 9. the store is irresponsible, not professional. I lost time and money. I referred the case to the Consumer Ombudsman, and today I reported online fraud.

Bad business owner. Not transparent, bought prep food, didn’t deliver the next business day as advertised. Didn’t reply on emails or calls, so used the AMEX protection. This helped and he finally delivered after weeks. Now he is threatening literally …

Before ordering my emergency food supply, I had a good telephone call with Justin. I ordered, but never got any products delivered... First I got response to my email asking when it would be sent, but meanwhile there is no answer by email and he does not pick up the phone...

They took four moths delivering the minced meat, but made good on it.

Great products and service still exist!

I can't say enough positive things about EU Preppingshop. The store offers a fantastic selection of products that cater to a variety of needs. Justins customer service is second to none, I was impressed with his professionalism and experience. He was always readily available to answer my questions and provide assistance. He made me feel welcomed and valued as a customer.
