SCAM took my money never received goods and they have ignored my emails over and over again. Now reporting to my credit card company.

Ordered dog coat in January. Never received even after chasing several times. Commented on their social media who blocked me. Do not order from this scam company!! Would give zero stars if I could!!

Scam. Took money in December. 4 months later I haven't received the order. No response to email or Facebook messages and now deleted their account. Do not order from this company!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I recently purchased two LED collars and two harnesses. I must say, they arrived within seven days! They are absolutely fabulous and what I was looking for.

Absolutely shocking! emailed 3 times, not a single response, but took my money in an instant!
No update on the order and shopify don’t seem interested, they shouldn’t even allow shops like this to exist on apps.

Absolutely disgusting that this company have closed their website also IG account. I ordered a coat for our frenchie was told it might be too long but they would send out another. They wanted our frenchie to be their french bulldog rep and wanted to get the right fit/sizes for this type of breed. Said they had gone to a manufacturer with his measurements and would send out a coat back in February was the last reply I had saying they are waiting for coats to be delivered. I messaged again.. nothing. Paid for a coat and still haven't received it. With looking today that they have disappeared so realsied they have just spun me a line when i was trying to help out a small business as i do. I messaged another dog mum as knew her through IG and she's had the same issue in paying for something and not received also ignored messages. Seems they have taken money and just ran. Avoid if they do eventually come back! I shall keep all the screenshot as I'm now out of pocket.

Never received order, SCAMMERS

Ordered 2 dog coats. Over the next 3 months I sent pet pit 6 emails asking about my order. The order status didn’t change from ‘not dispatched’.
I received no information from pet pit at all, no emails no updates nothing.
I had to go through my credit card company to raise a dispute!
Awful experience

As all the previous comments regarding this company I also have had no response from a paid order and also sent many emails etc .
As they have taken payment for goods and have not supplied the item I will be taking this company to a small claims court . It’s basic theft and an infringement on my consumer rights but the company is registered in Bangladesh and our laws won’t travel that far .

Ordered in December and the product never arrived, never responded to emails and has managed to hide some negative google reviews, good reviews on Trustpilot all from accounts where this is the only review with weird details included...

Ordered something 2 months ago, nothing arrived have sent various emails and been ignored

If I could give zero I would. Ordered on 5th Jan. Still don’t have my order. No one is responding to my messages. Someone messaged me 2 weeks ago and said it was resent.. still no order and no one will respond. I asked for the tracking number to prove postage.. surprise surprise no reply. Shocking company! Don’t order and avoid!!! SCAM

I ordered from this company on January 5th, 2024, and it's now February 24th, 2024, and I STILL haven't received my order! 🤬 They blamed it on a van fire (seriously?), delaying shipments. They promised to send my order with "goodies" as compensation, but surprise, surprise—nothing! 🙄

I've tried contacting them via email and even reached out on Instagram, but no response! And to top it off, they blocked me on Instagram when I asked about my order. Absolutely unacceptable customer service! 👎

Save yourself the headache and avoid this company at all costs. They don't deliver on their promises and clearly don't care about their customers. #WorstCustomerService #NeverAgain

Terrible company. Ordered weeks ago and nothing . Can’t contact anyone as no one answers. The phone number is a different place . Scam ! Do not purchase anything from here

Unfortunately can't give zero stars. I don't normally write reviews but I just want to warn people not to buy from this company. Ordered a Dog Face Gilet on 7th January, payment taken on 8th January, not a word about my order for 3 and a half weeks so sent a message asking for an update...no response, sent an email a week later...no response, sent another follow up email over a week later...not even an acknowledgement of receipt. Apparently no staff available to respond to emails but able to disable comments on Instagram and Facebook. Also, take note of some of the 'positive' reviews - to me they sound less than genuine, with unrealistic names and phrasing. Definitely a scam as others have said.
