I’m not normally one to write reviews about anything to be honest but this company is actually an utter disgrace.

I deposited £40 and withdrew. I received the money in my account an hour later with no issues. Today, I deposited another 50 into the account. Withdrew my winnings and they put my account on hold.

I thought nothing of it so I left it a few hours. I then got a bit skeptical so I asked their support team what was happening.

They informed me that my account withdrawals were “suspicious” and that my account was under review.

I had already provided them with all the documentation necessary to verify my account and the payment methods involved with depositing and withdrawing.

Since then, they’ve closed my account without any notice and aren’t responding to any emails.

Basically ran off with me 50 quid.

Just avoid them at all costs. Absolute scum of an organisation

Literally never written one of these before, but felt all these negative reviews were unfair. I signed up to theonlinecasino last night, won 2k and withdrew it, took a couple hours but straight into my bank. The reviews on here proper had me worrying. 10/10 for me no issues at all!

I have been deposited £10 with mobile payment and after I win I try to withdraw £80 and I have send them all the documents for verification they try to make me quit of my winnings. It's been 2 weeks already since I try to make withdrawal and they keep asking me for documents that I already send to them over the email .

Deposited £40 got bonus and won £377 withdrew to debit and received winnings next day. Not sure why most people are claiming this casino is a scam but my experience was great overall.

Scam. I didnt receive my sign up bonus because i had gotton one on another one of their sites in their network. how is anyone meant to know this.

I was sent an email to re-join this site and was given a link to re-set my password. When I did this I was given the option of a free £30 bet once I had placed a £20 bet using a code which I duly did. Surprise Surprise once the bet was settled they refused to add the free bet saying I had used their network elsewhere for this. I advised on live chat that they sent the email, they offered me the bonus, they point blank refused to give it to me. When I ask to complain they closed the chat. What a poor site please please do not trust them.

Deposited for the welcome bonus but apparently they can decide what bonus get instead of the advertised bonus. Was a deposit match bonus plus free spins but instead they decided to give a free bet and then decided to stop replying to emails. For someone who doesn't place bets I would not have bothered if that were the case. Best to just avoid especially reading other reviews

My deposit limit was low, maybe £200 or less for a month.
I won around £1200 on roulette and almost lost it all again but I got winning again, one spin I won around £1800, the next spin I had £45 on the winning number but "my bets were rejected", That was it.
contacted customer service and they had decided to put a timeout on my account because my playing levels were so high, even though I had only deposited maybe £100. So I waited until I'd cooled off and immediately won another £1000. The account was immediately blocked again. I withdrew most of the balance, however they managed to swipe £100 off the balance while I was blocked. I did write to them and they refunded it.

It's bad enough that they only permit a certain amount of the board to be covered. I was raging when they blocked my betting mid-spin where I could have netted over £1500.

It would seem that they are content for a player to lose. If you win, cash it out and leave.
I felt cheated by them

Fraudulent website refusing to pay out winnings even though my ID and payment card has been verified. They are refusing to accept my phone bill as previously I had used the paybymobile option and are claiming it is fake. Every excuse to not pay out my £500 withdrawal. Should have read the reviews before joining. Stay away.

Not able to withdraw, no response to emails
I had created an account and it let me deposit immediately but next day account was banned without any justification - got an email saying deposit has been refunded but it never arrived. Sent so many emails but no positive response at all! Awful casino/bookie, would have given 0 starts if possible!

First thing first, there should be an option to give zero star especially for The Online Casino. For some doggy business like The Online Casino should be banned by the gambling commission to protect the user.

I deposited few hundred and it was a good day that I win close to £5000, I successfully withdraw around £2000 and the next day The Online Casino close down my account due to management decision without an explanation.

Tried to contact the customer service by using their online chat, the customer service not willing to provide any information regarding to my account even I am sure I am entitle to and the same customer service staff closed down the chat twice even I asked for their assistance nicely.

Highly not recommend The Online Casino to everyone. They are just a online casino that chose to cancel your account when they can't handle the lost.

Today, however, I was losing—£200, and then I had another £200. I tried to bet £100, but they did not let me bet that amount, only below £100. I have never ever set my daily limit, and they did this without my consent, controlling my betting style.

If you know about the baccarat game, you understand what I am talking about. So I lost £375 and withdrew £25, then closed my account with this casino. I am happy because, despite this, I still have a profit from playing with them.

Asked for verification information again when withdrawing even though they’ve paid out to the same account before. Waiting to see if they pay out this time or not!

Still not paid my winnings and won’t accept my verification for the method I used to deposit! Scammers!!!!!! Thieves!!!!

Terrible company I would really like to give no stars. Take your money also charge you a fee to deposit and withrawl. Had won £350 after depositing £250. They would not pay my money took me 3 weeks to get it back. Then they suspended me

Ignored my selected withdrawal method, the withdrawal was inevitably blocked by the card THEY decided for unexplained reasons to send it to. And what did they do? Rescheduled a withdrawal to the same card I did not specify in the first place? And then spent hours arguing that because the “finance team” had scheduled the new, doomed withdrawal, they couldn’t retract it. Before admitting that there is in fact no finance team over the weekend. So a robot decided to send my money to the wrong account and then they doubled down on their error. And told me I’d have to wait until Monday for them to rectify their robots’ mistake. Then, when I expressed my displeasure to the online chat team, they stonewalled me completely. I didn’t use inappropriate language. I asked entirely appropriate questions to my circumstances. And they decided just to ignore me and hope I’d go away. By writing this, I’d like them to know I am not going away.
