Don't play on this site!! They let you deposit and play but when it comes to you trying to withdraw any money they then say that you cannot withdraw anything until you verify you're account!! My mum doesn't have photo ID because she doesn't need it. They should make you upload the documents required because you can deposit any money so people know! She has £200 on her account that she tried to withdraw but it is stuck on pending before of the Photo ID! The site is a Scam!!!

This is honestly the worst ever experience I’ve encountered. They will happily take your money, but withdrawal, it’s easier to escape Alcatraz. It’s a TOTAL SCAM. To the point now I’ve had to start legal action against them to be able to get my money. ITS A SCAM SCAM SCAM.

Please avoid this online gambling company well I say company more of a scam have deposited with them loads in the past payment always takes an age and they take a fee on your winnings! This time around I won £60(I bet a lot more) over 2 weeks later still no money I have messaged and all I get is can’t provide an update emailed says 8 weeks for a response I would gamble your hard earned money else where!

This company is absolutely ridiculous. I have just created a trustpilot account just to warn people not to go on this website. I saw their "free bet" offer on oddschecker. Once i won this free bet, i had later found that the bet had to be wagered 50 more times to be withdrawable, rendering it useless. my bet that i won (not my free bet) took ages to withdraw as the website is so sneaky. overall this website is a scam and should be taken down!

You get no help and I got scam from them using my credit card without my consent. So I got my refund from my bank. So every time I play for fun. It just won’t happen. In slot machine I play 150 $. Don’t even win on any spin. Then play blackjack 10 hand in a roll. Dealers have 20 and I have 18-19 hands. So beware is this scam. If they ask you for yall birthday. Then be careful. Is a major headache when your info is being sold by the support team.

These people at online casino is a scam. I tried cashing out $180.00 dollars only to find out today that I did not add my entire address and I had my street name as the city.
Lies! I lived here for 20 years I know how to write my address. I told the manager, you call me for promotions but couldn’t call about the address being wrong. There’s a lot of dirt bags in the world accumulating bad karma. Shame on them.
It’s not so much about the money but how they insulted me and messed up my address pretending that I put it in wrong.wow, horrible people.

Do not use! Let’s say you place $200 in account they won’t let you cash out until you play over $150.000! You read that right!! 150k!!!!!! Do NOT put a dime in account! complete scam, they claim a bonus match of 300% NO false you get the bonus match and have to play not just that but a point program and you get .20 to 1 point but have to play over $31k points and at .20 a point for slots do the math over 150k before you can cash out! Please don’t do what I did I tried and contacted them no help at all saying I need to play the bonus match. I did won well over 2k played it all to $0 still have to play the bonus bets before you can cash out! Hope I save some people from this scam artist company!

I lost almost $10,000 in this month. Don’t play it I wouldn’t come recommend. When you come too small withdrawal like 200 $300 they send you the money right way. But when it comes to more than 500 or $1000 it will take them forever to send you the money. I have 4000 on my account then I withdraw $2000 and left 2000 on my casino acct. They will hold your withdrawal until you lost all the money on your casino account and then cancel the payout request. It happened to me acouple times already so I wouldn’t recommend this casino don’t play it….

After a week of waiting for my documents to be verified and a withdrawal to be processed the casino refused claiming that my account was permanently closed due to security reasons and refused to pay out I have never used this casino before or nabouring sites and on this note i believe this site is illegal and not in line with gambling regulations and is useing the casino as a front for money laundering so please please please STAY AWAY IT IS A SCAM
