I simply cannot fault these guys! I work alongside the motor trade and hear so many stories about dealerships that just don’t want or sadly can’t help their customers. Having recently purchased my third car from One Stop Cars of Manchester, I can tell you this is not the case here! Jasmine has a personable approach to helping that really reassures you. I’ve also dealt with the guys in the office in her absence and they’ve been nothing but excellent. The vehicles I have had so far have been trustworthy and Jasmine is always happy to help if there are any issues. I couldn’t recommend you all enough. Keep up the good work, I will definitely be back again!

Excellent selection of vehicles in almost flawless condition.
Staff are friendly, helpful and easy to approach though thankfully, no chasing us round the showroom.
I price checked a few of the cars we were looking at and all came back fair or competitive for the cars age and condition.

Bought a car from One Stop 2 years ago. Had a bit of an issue, phoned for advice and within 2 days problem sorted. Can't recommend highly enough.

I recently bought a car from these guys and the experience was fine, as I would expect, but I have been blown away by the after sales service. I took the car back to them for a common fault with the Bluetooth on Fiat's and they have sent it away to be repaired, I also asked them to lubricate the gear selector, whilst doing this, they noticed a leak from the CV joint, so ordered a new one, whilst doing this they also picked up that the drive bearings were a bit worn, so are replacing these too.

So 2 faults, I knew nothing about, that they identified and fixed under warranty, it is unheard of to get service like that, I am so impressed

Jasmine is lovely! Bought 2 cars in the past year, and Jasmine has been amazing both times. No pressure at all to buy, friendly and informative and any concerns are dealt with in a professional manner. I would highly recommend anyone to use one stop they make buying a car a stress free experience.

From the first contact Jasmine was informative and helpful, to be expected pre sale however this continued through the test drive and subsequent collection of the car. It is however the after sales care so often missing these days that has been exemplary from Jasmine and Lee. We are delighted with the car but more so the peace of mind knowing that we have bought fom a caring garage that backs up all of its promises.

Lisa and her team were fantastic when I bought my 63 plate Citroen DS3 Airdream, nothing was too much trouble, from start to finish, it's amazing the detail they put into making older cars look like they are straight off the production line, I would highly recommend One stop car shop, keep up the brilliant work folks !!!!!

OUTSTANDING & UNIQUE

Wanted to write a review about one stop cars Manchester and their staff. Simply outstanding!! What they do and have is very rare and unique to them and I have never come across this before in all my years of driving and buying cars.

Last year I bought a Ford EcoBoost (2020) that had done 16k miles, it was a very personal experience from the start! Nothing was too much trouble and they were all about accommodating what best worked around me.

The next part is where it gets very special…

Sadly I broke down a few weeks ago (Jan 2024) and was told by the AA that the timing belt had gone and would likely need a new engine, for a car less than 4 years old with very low mileage this was very uncommon! I did some research on Ford and their recommendations and this shouldn’t have happened. Turns out there are thousands of people impacted by blue eco boost engines after 2016 and I was heartbroken to see on a group with 20k members that they had no joy with Ford. I called Ford the following morning and was told they can have a look but I would have to pay and I would have to get my car to them. I then called one stop cars Manchester to see if they could as they had been so helpful at time of sale. I was frantic and Jasmine took the call, she was brilliant and reassured me that she would get me some help and arrange a call back. Lee then called me back as promised and stepped in to support me! I honestly don’t know what I would have done without him, he spoke to Ford garage for me and got the car recovered free of charge for me and then over the next 10 days he dealt with the Ford franchise and guided me dealing with Ford UK as they won’t to speak to anyone but the customer. Due to the advice that Lee gave me and the work he did with the garage, Ford ended up supporting the majority of the cost and then Lee covered the short fall that was left!

I was amazed! I honestly can’t thank them enough and they will never know the difference they have made! Lee really didn’t have to help. Lee and the team helped because they are good people and we need more Lee’s out there!! Lee also handled my breakdowns throughout this time superbly well haha!

I will be buying all future cars from one stop cars Manchester!

What a great experience at One stop Car shop. Very friendly and professional. Bought our Dacia after no hassle test drive. Jasmine is lovely she could have sold me anything there is a feeling of honesty that is rare with car dealers. Ollie delivers the human touch dont feel like its all about the money. If I change my car its one stop for me. Highly recommended.

We were looking to change our car and decided to start our search by popping into the showroom saw a car we were interested in but as it was the first showroom we had looked at didn’t want to commit,Oliver informed us we could leave a deposit which was fully refundable if we decided not to buy
After a few days of looking around we decided on the car at One Stop

Great experience all round. Showed up with no appointment and was seen quickly with no pressure to buy and all my questions answered. Arranged the test drive and paperwork so I could drive away the same day and delivered a professional service from start to finish.
Had the car a few weeks now and love it, no issues at all. Will recommend and definitely be back myself in the future!

Owned the car four months. The exhaust has fallen off and the clutch needs replacing within four months. Its strange that two significant issues have happened in such a short period of time if the car was fit for use as per the dealers listing.

Despite the inevitable pending reply to this message by the dealer. Take what you need from this review, and stay away. They want to protect their brand so will undoubtedly try to refute my claims as they have done with their other bad reviews. Although if you read them, I think you'll see a lot of similarities to my story. THIS IS A TRUE PURCHASING EXPERIENCE OF ONE STOP CARS OF MANCHESTER.

I wanted to buy a car for my partner as a surprise for her first car. She has worked hard all her life, has brought up a child on her own as a single mother and has recently gone back to university to try and become a midwife. So money is tight for her. I wanted to find a good reliable car to try and make her journey throu uni easier and so that she didnt have to stress about getting back and forth and doing school runs etc. But we've had nothing but problems.

I saw the car on Auto Trader. I Got in touch with Jasmine. She was lovely and couldn't have been more helpful during the sales process. I told her that the car was for my partner who was soon to pass her driving test. So I was getting her a car as a surprise.

Jasmine kindly informed me that car has a slipping clutch which she had noticed but not to worry because she was going to get a new clutch kit fixed for me. I said I'd buy the car on the provision that if anything went wrong with the clutch. It would be sorted. She informed me I had nothing to worry about and that if there was a problem of course they would solve it. I even took out a warranty with them just incase.

I bought the car, all of this so far went fine. Turned up to get the car and noticed the clutch was quite high still. Jasmine told me that was normal for a new clutch and it just needed time to bed in. I took her word for it naively.

A couple of months in, the exhaust fell off. I called them and spoke to Lee. He told me this happens to older cars and its wear and tear. It wouldn't be covered under the warranty due to that. It's just one of those things. So I got this fixed privately as they wouldn't cover it. You'd have thought that if the car was fit for use as described that perhaps this wouldn't have been addressed before selling the vehicle. It wasn't.

A few months later after further issues with the clutch. I decided to take this car to a personal mechanic I know to have a look at it as this "bedding in" period for the clutch was going on for a long time. We were still having the issues with the clutch four months later.

It since turns out that the clutch needs replacing and they are claiming wear and tear and in "Lee's" words.... it could be driver error.

My partner learned to drive in my car for 12 months. She has since driven my car after passing. My clutch is fine in my car. There are no issues with the clutch. I've recently taken it to VW for a checkup. Clutch is fine. So if its "pilot error".... surely my clutch would be damaged too.

So they are now blaming wear and tear as the issue for the clutch needing replacing in the citroen c1.... they apparently put in a new clutch at the time of selling the car. Within four months it needs replacing. My mechanic has taken the clutch out. Its a good brand as Lee will undoubtedly say... A clutch usually needs replacing around 40,000 to 60,000 miles.... Lee thinks my partner has managed it in four months. Despite driving my VW for 16months and not damaging the clutch. Other mechanics do not believe this clutch was fitted when they are claiming it was.

I get the feeling this is very much a ducking and diving kind of establishment due to the experience I have had with these chaps.

Don't be like me and buy a car to surprise your partner as a first car from these guys. Don't buy a car for anyone from these guys.... better yet... just don't buy a car for any reason from this establishment.

We have been going to One Stop Car Shop for well over ten years now and have just bought our third car from them. We feel as though we know the family owners like old friends and because of that we wouldn’t risk changing our car anywhere else. In fact, since buying the second car four years ago, we have moved across the other side of the country and we now live over two hundred miles away. Despite that, whilst we were recently visiting our old neighbours up here, I popped into OSCS, on the off chance that they might have some VW Golfs in stock. They just had the one, but it fitted the bill perfectly and the price was right. The paperwork went really smoothly and I picked the car up the following morning. Having driven up there in a Hyundai i10, I just had the perfect drive home in the Golf.

I dealt with Jasmine for the last couple of weeks and I cannot praise her enough for the way she dealt with shall we say a tricky customer such as myself who asks lots of questions. The car was for my daughter so I was clearly a little apprehensive about the purchase but throughout the process Jasmine answered all my questions promptly and nothing was too much for her.

We came to test drive the car which went well however I noticed a very small drip under the engine which caused me some some concern. Without hesitation Jasmine agreed to get the car up on the ramp and checked on Tuesday and sent a few pictures to confirm all was well so back we came and the car now sits proudly on our drive. It is the exact spec we wanted and is in amazing condition
for a car of that age.

Back to Jasmine, she is a credit to the company and a genuine lovely person to deal with. I also had dealings with Oliver who again did everything right to
keep the customer happy.
