I have been liaising with Mel at Theo…

I have been liaising with Mel at Theo Jones Recruitment. The communication at the start, during the process and after the good news of getting the position has been professional and brilliant. Kept up to date throughout the whole process.
Highly recommend this company and Mel for someone looking for a new challenge. By now you should be on thier website...go go go

I have been working at Theo Jones Recruitment for less than a year

Pros

Absolutely none and have a mountain to climb to get to a normal standard

Cons

Horrible company and staff. Lie lie lie is their ethos. They don't adhere to employment laws or have any ethical standards. If you are agency worker they will try to get you onto a "contract of services" which the MD of this company thought up with an "umbrella company" which is another way of them keeping a portion of your hard earned money.

Advice to Management

I've been an agency worker for over two years and you guys are simply the worst most unethical company I have ever had to misfortune of coming across. I full expect to see you on watch dog soon, in fact I'm going to call them about what you have been up to.
