The founder of the company, Julie-Ann Muldoon established The New You Plan in October 2009. Her inspiration, enthusiasm and dedication to the company were born out of her own experience of a Total Food Replacement (TFR) diet. Julz wanted to help others achieve their weight loss goals in the same way with one major difference – to provide the best experience possible while you work on creating the best ‘You’ possible. From this her ethos was born, this is to help people by giving them the tools, support and motivation to actually achieve what they set out to do. The New You Plan diet works on the same principle as other weight loss companies that offer a Total food replacement (TFR), Very Low Calorie Diet (VLCD) programmes. This however is where the similarities end. You will receive ongoing support from ‘The New You Plan Team’. Our list of support tools for customers is so expansive you will be able to find something new to excite you literally every day that you are on your weight loss journey. These include, blogs, Success Story’s including interviewee tips, webinars, coaching programmes, the private and exclusive Secret Slimmers group on Facebook to name but only a few. The excellence of our products is guaranteed by complying with the following regulations: Compliance with NICE clinical guidelines covering obesity and very low calorie diets. Compliance with EU Directive 2009/39/EC and of the Council of 6 May 2009 on foods intended for particular nutritional uses. Food replacements are good
Food replacements are good, better tasting than expected, and lots of variety, I like the soup's , Shake drinks, and the bars. Satisfying as not hungry after them, and the water flavours are great too, as it helps getting enough water intake, as it’s not always easy to take lots of water if not used to drinking it. I lost 6lbs in 7 days so pleased with my start. Thank you😀.

I have lost 10lb and really enjoying the diet I lost my son six years ago and four years ago had a stroke. I’ve had operation after operation since then and finally, I’m losing the weight.

Great company my order was well packaged as always and kept up to date with the delivery information.
I love this plan and I'm getting great results too lost 6lbs this week and in total for the month of June my losses are 13lbs which is fantastic I'm over the moon.
This plan works if your doubting trying it don't and I'm proof that it works my overall loss is now 4stone 7lbs heading towards my 5stone milestone.
The meals are so tasty and a great variety of products shakes, savoury meals, sweet meals, meal bars are delicious too I love that you can make things with the packets mousses and ice-cream from your shakes and can add herbs and spices to meal packs to as to suit your own taste.
The support groups are fantastic too for support, motivation and for recipe ideas too or if your struggling there is always support when needed.
