Level 2 survey. Booked in very quickly and we received a comprehensive survery very shortly after the survey appointment.

Very happy with the level 3 survey we had done. It was very thorough and informative with clear photos of each area identified. We also had a call from the surveyor straight after the survey was completed to talk us through what he had found and his recommendations. We would definitely use them again.

Phone call before the survey, to enquire if we have any concerns etc.
Report in 7 days. Comprehensive and covered more than i expected.
Previously used them and pulled out of that purchase due to points raised then.
This time very happy there are no major concerns and fully trust them and are.proceeding asap.

Super fast service. We needed survey on the hurry up and they bent over backwards to accommodate our needs. Detailed report received super fast.

The report came back a week from the survey visit. The surveyor was able to take a call to explain a couple of questions about the report. The cost was the same for an Associate RICS surveyor as a Chartered surveyor, though I had to ask, as this is something not made clear by TMP.

Great experience with the Moving Portal. Good communication, and our survey was booked in and the report turned around in a really quick time, for which we are grateful. The survey details were comprehensive and very helpful with tips and suggestions, as well as contact recommendations for repairs. Over all we were really happy with the service we received.

Took ages to get a survey. Then it was cancelled on the day. Had to wait ages again. And then wait ages again to get report. Quality of report could have done ourselves, they just went round with a dampness meter and commented on the decoration. Not very informative.

Steven Whiteley was fantastic - provided an extremely thorough survey and then called me to talk me through it at my request to go through all of my questions! He couldn’t have been more helpful and assured me that I could call him to ask him anything I had forgotten or for any further info. Given me a realistic idea of how to move forwards with my purchase. Really happy with my experience, many thanks.

This Level 3 survey was extremely thorough, and stopped us from making a serious misjudged error. Money well spent.

Overall happy with the level 3 survey carried out. Detailed description & photos highlighting areas needing attention.
It’s a pity we had to wait a month before the survey could be carried out and then waited upto a week for the results to come back to us.

The survey was conducted efficency and the report was complete within 2 and a half days after the survey was conducted.

The level 2 survey was to be as expected a lot of ifs, buts and maybes saying that a survey is needed when buying a home…. The portal is very slow to be updated and the information is sent a lot quicker by email so the portal is really not needed.

Great to work with everything went brilliant, nice touch the surveyor phone me in person to make sure I understood everything.

100 pages of report and photos, very detailed and informative and sent only 1 working day after the survey was completed! Followed up with calls before and after the report. Very knowledgeable, super friendly, helpful and professional. I will use next time for sure.
