Browsing online for a gift for a keen 'train layout' relation; I wanted interesting, quality landscaping items. The trees are just like the pictures on the website and stand well on a flat surface without further work. Fine for use straight out of the box. They were dispatched promptly after I ordered and were well packaged. I will definitely be buying here again when I need more trees.

It is difficult to find trees of this quality for this price. The biggest problem is that trees of realistic scale height are either rare or expensive.

I was looking for N gauge trees for scenery on my model railway. This company was recommended by someone at a show. They are perfect. Especially my new pear trees.

The trees are true to type and well made. Also they are the height specified unlike trees from other companies which were sold as 9 cms which actually measured less than 8 cms.
I was informed when an item wasn't available and a refund was immediately given. Excellent customer service. Thank you Jonathan.

A fast response, in my case because of missing items. From Order time until delivery less then a week. Great Service!

The trees purchased were as expected, very nice looking and although I bought the the tallest available in one type and almost the the tallest in another I found the trees too small for many applications in 4mm scale. Fortunately I have a large layout and they will be used.
Secondly as an overseas buyer there was no VAT deducted and postage cost for such a small lightweight package was astronomically high ! I have received entire buildings from other dealers for less postage costs. Total costs is way too expensive and I feel I have been ripped off to be honest.

To be fair the owner contacted me immediately after I contacted him and explained an issue over the automated application of postage costs. This has now been fixed with me receiving a partial refund of my postage costs. Full marks for this.
