Half the order missing
Half the order missing. I've emailed sales multiple times with no response.
Edit: This was has now been resolved and the staff were quick to apologies and rectify. For anyone reading this "sales at themodeltreeshop.co.uk" does not appear to be a monitored inbox so if you're not getting a reply "help at themodeltreeshop.co.uk" was responded to swiftly.

Fantastic website and the layout of products is great. The standard of the trees are brilliant I couldn't ask for more. A very fast delivery time to get the products to the customer. I would definitely buy more trees from the model trees shop again.

Delightful landscaping items & great service
Browsing online for a gift for a keen 'train layout' relation; I wanted interesting, quality landscaping items. I'm delighted with my purchases which were packed very well and dispatched promptly by RM's 48hr delivery service.
