I do not know what to think of the service at first everything seemed fine, but for 6 days that the server that I have does not work, I opened a ticket the first day that this happened and they deleted it, I opened it again, they answered me but they do not give me a solution, they answer me every 2 days, the only thing that matters to me now is my world which is obviously not mine, it is also of several people who invested their time.
I really hope it is solved, but I see that the company does nothing about it, the 7/24 support does not exist, protection of your data I hope so, but be careful with that.
So far I have a terrible service from THEMINECRAFTHOSTING

Can't run 1.17 because of an outdated Java version. When I made a support ticket asking to update their java, they deleted it without replying.

Customer service is slow and almost inexistent, the server has several problems of missnig ticks and high ping. Modded doesn't work even with 6GB of ram and two players.
Had to ask paypal for the refund because no one was answering.

Terminating tickets without confirmation, not updating the service with purchased addons. Performance at 6 gigs has been poor with multiple tick issues, even when running unmodded.

I really enjoyed using this to keep my minecraft world in, I didn't get an invoice one month and they terminated my server without any warning. When I submitted a ticket, they were pretty rude letting me know it was deleted so they weren't going to even look into it.

I spent a year building on that server so it sorta sucks we've lost all that progress. What can you do? This is pretty awful customer service though.

There was no where where you can cancel the subscription and you couldnt cancel it after the payment. I wrote a support ticket under thr 24 hours of the payment and theyre unprofessional and dont give enough evidence. The staff are 9 years old and dont know how to do their job. If you buy from them good luck having a laggy server with 10 people online.

I am 2 years client and I have to confess that they saved my server once. Also they have awesome prices and I can pay month by month with the subscriptions of my players.

This is my favorite minecraft hosting with the best prices ever and very friendly and polite support. I recommend it absolutely!
