It's a real scam. I hired a 6Gb minecraft server on February 2. It was working for 2 days and after it went down, according to them... "the node I'm on has gone down", I have written 2 tickets and none have been answered, I also talk to them via live chat and I don't they answer me 4 days without a server, I have requested a refund on PayPal and we will see how it resolves.

Disastrous service, attention and customer care. I do not recommend it at all because once you give them the money, they ignore you and make excuses. A node does not take so long to build because I work in server maintenance and I know that it is not like that.

They say you can get a refund in the first 24 hours of purchase, but they ignore you're support ticket and recieve no refund. Then there is no option to cancel on the wesite, good thing you can just turn off the payments from paypal, ok servers absolutely terrible customer support.

people dont use this service if you going to use modpack server, first of all the support is disgusting, i bought a server of 8gb but the server wasnt starting right, so i contact support and asked to solve the problem but only after i asked for a refund the fix it,
and now im not satisfied with the service i asked again the refund the tell me i used the service mo
re than 24 hours,

I requested to cancel my service after it being offline for over 2 weeks, they never did anything and closed my support ticket. Terrible service and very slow updates as well.

This is a piece of...The cpu of the server can´t load more than 2 chunks, there are moment when I can see the caves underground.We are 4 people with the modpack better minecraft.

After purchasing a plan with the server, found that there was no way to upgrade my server to the most modern version of Minecraft. I asked support for help and received no response, then followed up asking for a refund. My support ticket was closed without answer. I've submitted another ticket since and after two days there is still no response. Go with MCProHosting instead.

really bad server specifications,the support sometimes helps you,and sometimes they close your ticket without care about your problem or question... that annoyed me a lot... the only thing what they have ``good´´ is the prizes but you know... cheap doesnt mean good.

Service was not as advertised. It was difficult to get a refund. They are still harassing me trying to get money from me after the refund. Do not use this business.
