The Loaded Tea Company is the best flavors I have ever tasted, and it is all natural, all clean. If you are trying to get off sodas this is the way to go. I have received my 3rd order and have not had a bad flavor. BUT my favorite is Bahama Mama. The employees work hard at getting your order out in a timely and efficient manner. My last order was delayed and TLTC was on top of it with an explanation on what's going on. They never missed a step. I highly recommend The Loaded Tea, they are amazing and I do not believe you will be disappointed. A score out of 10, I would give an 11. Great job.

The customer service is absolutely amazing!!!I received my order and some of the packets were solid and not a powder. I reached out and heard back immediately. I was asked which ones were affected and if I could send pictures. I did this and before even getting an email, I received an automated shipping confirmation and they replaced the whole order and not the ones that were mostly impacted. I then got the customer service email thanking me and letting me know they were shipping new product soon. My interactions with them have been nothing but positive and I am so excited to try my new teas!!! I also love that I can order many different flavors and not have to deal with an entire order of the same flavor, especially if there would be one I’m not fond of. I will definitely recommend trying them out!!! Thank you for your wonderful customer service!

I have been caffeine sensitive for years ., and I finally found that perfect drink of healthy ingredients and wonderful taste . The customer service is great and so friendly , on time deliveries . Get you some Loaded Tea you will be glad you did !!!

There was a discrepancy in my order so I reached out via email. Not only was the response timely but my order was corrected ASAP. Phenomenal product AND customer care! Will be buying again and again and again!!!

I reached out to The Loaded Tea Shop to check on the status of my order. I had not received the teas yet. They were very quick to get back with me. They told me they saw the delivery date. I explained I had not gotten them. They quickly got on it and resent them to me. I received them yesterday. The customer service is phenomenal. And so are the teas. I have been doing the caffeine free ones and I absolutely love all of the flavors I have tried. I have not had any bad flavors yet.

Not sure if I'm addicted or obsessed with The Loaded Tea it is honestly so delicious. 4 orders in. My favorite "right now" are Watermelon Sugar, Coco Watermelon and Candy crush. If you find yourself having questions or need help, their customer service is top tier. Lightning fast response and very helpful! Definitely a lifetime customer and supporter.

Reasonably fast shipping & moderate costs(there's always promo options available to purchase for around $4 a packet- free shipping over $20)... but the taste! Its so good! I tend to make my packet in a pitcher so it may br considered more diluted than what the instructions call for but thats just my preference. Its sweet but not too sweet and quenched my thirst so well! Realizing there's literally no sugar in it is mind blowing!

I love all the teas and am so happy they are caffeine free too. Fast shipping as well. Thank you for your service and product. I have stocked up that I probably have enough for the rest of the year.

I love Loaded teas! They have so many amazing flavors. I tried them all and now I just order the ones I love. I don’t even like the taste of coffee ☕️ anymore. The loaded tea gives me energy all day. No crash and no added sugar.

This is the best tea EVER! The customer service is top-notch! Very pleasant and accommodating to work with! I am ordering my 2nd 20-flavor packet and love, love, love them! I’ve tried a lot of “healthy” drinks, but The Loaded Tea Shop has completely won over my family. Their teas taste AMAZING, and I love that they’re sugar-free and zero calories without sacrificing flavor.

I wanted my kids to enjoy them too, so I ordered what I thought was the caffeine-free version. When it arrived, I realized I had accidentally selected the caffeinated option. I checked their policy and reached out, expecting them to simply tell me there was nothing they could do. Instead, they looked into my order, confirmed that I had clicked the wrong option, and then did something I didn’t expect—they wanted my kids to be able to experience their product, so they shipped out a new caffeine-free pack for us.

That level of customer service is rare these days. They didn’t have to do that, but they chose to put their customers first.

3* Friends also like it and loved the samples I shared so much they’re going to order their own!
4* Friendly, positive, customer oriented team. Original order was delayed due to problems at DHL shipping. TLTS took responsibility, sent me new package and kept me incredibly informed the entire time. Got second package quickly and was asked to keep the original package when it finally did arrive.
