I placed my first order with the Loaded Tea Shop and one of my packets was busted open when it arrived. I emailed customer service and they replied within hours and already had my replacement being shipped out—no charge! The customer service is top notch! I tried my first one today—Bahama Mama—and it’s SO good! I’ll be a repeat customer for sure!!

Placed my very first order not realizing they were doing a limited drop the next day. I emailed to combine orders, they sent 3 extra for me. They answered my email incredibly fast as well. Customer service 10/10

Their teas are very good. I was never a coffee person and taking 10 supplements for different vitamins gets tiring after years. This tea has everything. Working all day it’s very hard to eat the right food to get vitamins and surviving off energy drinks is unrealistic and unhealthy with a heavy crash. It takes a lot to impress me and these definitely impress me. I’ve always been a nut with health products, I’m glad these teas check a lot of boxes to make day to day easier. It helps with energy and super flavorful:)

I was seeing Loaded Tea all over social media and it got me curious. The cost was reasonable, especially with discounts that are out there.

My first—- of many!- order arrived quickly and I loved the variety pack. Personally, it’s strong tasting so I only use 1/2 packet per 40oz tumbler. I have enjoyed all of the flavors I’ve tried. Though my absolute favorite was a special edition watermelon. There hasn’t been one that I dislike!

It has been many weeks since I’ve had my last soda. This helped me kick my habit. Loaded tea is so much better for me and I don’t deal with the crashes in the afternoon.

So if you are wondering—- should I try this? Yes! Yes you should!

Update: Customer Service promptly responded to my email with a satisfactory resolution. Hopefully future packaging will be better because I like the tea. Original: I like the tea but the packaging sucks. I ordered 24 packets. 10 were shoved in a zip lock bag, 9 in the other, and 5 in the last. The packets in the 2 larger bags are a crumpled up mess. One is leaking as there is powder everywhere. Far too expensive for this type of poor packaging. While I like the taste, not sure I will order again.

We had a loaded tea shop in Mississippi when I lived there and I fell in love with them, best clean energy I had ever had, then we moved away and I couldn't find anything comparable. I have always wanted to be able to make them in the comfort of my own home but there was never a product available like that, then I found the loaded tea shop, they are the best tasting I have had since we moved. I wish they had a watermelon cucumber but what can a girl do. I love all of their flavors. I am completely off coffee which I love love coffee but just have no desire for it or soda anymore. I feel better during the day and I dont crash in the afternoon anymore. It is such an amazing product I would be lost without them!

I placed an order and received it very quickly. My order was missing a few items and I reached out to the customer service team and they responded very quickly and had me a new order on the way within minutes. This was my first time trying the loaded teas and they were just as described, tasted good, and had me hydrated and with energy!

I love my teas it’s a lot cheaper online than buying them day to day but if your interested in my favorite flavors witch are not yet in your teas let me know kk

Just wondering if anyone else gets headaches and extreme jitters after drinking one of the teas?

I had an order that shipped out quickly, however an issue was experienced with the shipping company and my order was lost. The company was happily willing to reship my order. My daughter and I really love the product, so we're very excited to receive it.

My latest order was lost by DHL. Within minutes of notifying the folks at Loaded Tea they had not only responded but sent out another order! These teas are my absolute favorites for flavor and now they are my favorite for service as well!! 5⭐️

I was addicted to soda and hate water after trying the sassy sissy flavor in Florida at a food truck I found there website and have tried 20 of the 40 flavors!

I like most of them the ones I dont care for are the berry based I still have 20 more to try but I havent had a soda since and im now addicted to this loaded tea which is actually good for you unlike soda!!!!

Fast shipping and great customer service I made a mistake on my address they fixed it right away.

For those who complain about it not tasting like tea for me thats the reason I like it lol I dont like herbal tea at all so if you expecting a herbal traditional tea flavor DON'T It's more of a vitamin water but more sweet if its too sweet just add more water some people use half a packet one pack in 32 Oz is perfect for me !

I'm pretty sure my local postal service lost my package from The Loaded Tea Shop🥹, or kept for themselves (jk), but it is that good 😁. After trying to track my package down for a few days through USPS once it was marked delivered with no luck- I contacted The Loaded Tea Shop customer service and they automatically said no problem we will resend your order, mind you they aren't the ones that lost it. I asked if I could at least pay the difference for alternative shipping, and was told No, that was already taken care of. That was definitely more than they were obligated to do! Our household is very sad to be without our favorite drink for a few days, but their company has just gained some very loyal customers. We might be a little dependent on these teas.😉

Your loaded tea flavors are very amazing!! I love the vitamins they help me with my flare ups on my feet. I have few favorites I already have some favorites it’s the Bahama mama and the mermaid along with Miami vice. I am trying the others as well. I will say they do make a lot drinks lol. I can sip

Lot more plain water as the summer heat comes on. I hope you all know each flavor is different and they do taste like the flavor it says on the package. If you drink the Cindy love your taste strong okay but use half the package lol. They are really drinks.

I tried loaded tea, not even a month ago, and absolutely love it. I have re-ordered four times already. When they dropped the new flavor watermelon rock candy, I couldn’t get enough of it, so I ordered it again. It’s sold out within a day. Since drinking loaded tea, I have stopped drinking coffee and only had two cans of soda, which is crazy. I give loaded tea five stars and would recommend it to everyone, you need to try this product you will be amazed.

I love these teas! I have ordered 3 times already! They make me drink more water. I put about 1/2 tsp. In a large glass and it is sweet enough! So I get about 3 or 4 drinks out of 1 packet. I do wish they would have the watermelon rock candy available all the time!!

GREAT tasting products which actually DO give me some energy! Great customer service as well! Quick delivery. I HIGHLY recommend and I WILL be buying from them again!!

I ordered for the first time. I can't wait to get my product. And as I ordered, I noticed that my bank account went through twice. I emailed immediately and asked them to please make sure that I didn't get charged twice. They emailed me back right away. It was the problem was fixed. My order went through without the discount, and then they went back in canceled.That and gave me the discount.I'm grateful for that.I can't wait to try my product and I will do a review on that as well.Have a great day
