While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

The resume service is awful, sent me a resume I'd be embarrased to use. I disputed the charge with my credit card company and they blocked me from the job seach membership I purchased. This company is... See more

This company makes it sound like they…

This company makes it sound like they will apply for you. When they apply, information that is specific to an applicant is filled in with "The applicant is using ladders.com to fill out applications. Email them to get more information." Would not recommend at all!

RED FLAG: This site has scam written all over it.

This site has scam written all over it.
It's a pay-to-apply job board. I seriously doubt many if any of these are exclusive listings that can be found on other job boards.
I came across their site when trying to apply to a job on another job board. It immediately tried to convince me to sign up for a subscription (up to $300 per year) which I dismissed to look further into the site to assess it's authenticity. All jobs applications require a subscription.
I immediately tried to cancel my account but this functionality is not working on their site so I expect to be spammed for life now.
I came here to see other reviews of their job site and see lots of positive one, but they are all a little suspect talking about individuals and vague questions: nothing about jobs. Additionally, they all only ever wrote one review for this one company: a massive RED FLAG!

Thanks

Barbara has helped me a lot while deciding to keep using your services. It is important for me to have my questions answered because I am in Nicaragua, not in the US. Thank you Barbara!

How are they still in business

They will continue to bill your credit card after you cancel, they spam your inbox when you unsubscribe and the product/service is a complete rip-off. There is nothing they do that provides any value you couldn't do for free on LinkedIn, indeed, Ziprecruter etc.

Just look at what their former customers and employees are saying on Glassdoor, reddit etc. They had employees post fake reviews at the behest of senior leadership stay far away

Great support team

There were a couple times when I had a question or challenge. Each time, I felt the support team was very attentive and helpful - in a way that I don’t tend to experience be with other orgs. Hat’s off for that.

Jehna listened to my issue and we found…ISSUES! She is quite diligent in her efforts to assist the client base.

Jehna listened to my issue and we found out there was an error in the system. This great follow up not only assisted me, but countless others who might have encountered the same issue, but either would not report it or not notice it. Regardless, her actions saved your company from losing business by taking care of the client and taking note for your system to be fixed to minimize client churn. Well done!

TheLadders = Perfection

I've been a paid subscriber for TheLadders for a while now. Their services are perfect for me, especially the Apply4Me feature. I've looked at their competitors and no one else comes close. And their customer service cannot be beat. Very responsive and excellent at solving concerns.
