I was there for my Apple Watch to fix not connecting to my iPhone . The store service was amazing and fixed it . Very kind and good service ….. happy to visit again

Travelled 1.5 hours to get them to upgrade the hard drive in my 9-year-old iMac to an SSD drive. They managed to install the new drive and transfer all of my data before the end of the day. This has breathed new life into my iMac and the fact that they were able to do it in one day meant I didn't have to make another trip. Excellent work.

When I got locked out of my ipad and did not get anywhere with the Apple Helpline I googled help with Apple ipad problems in Dundee and was fortunate enough to find theiTstore in Reform Street. Two very pleasant and extremely helpful young men came to my rescue and I left with my ipad up and running and all contents (including very valuable photos of my late husband) intact. I cannot thank them enough for not treating me like a silly old woman.

Customer service was amazing - solved my macbook issue straight away, gave me multiple solutions, very friendly staff as well! Also very affordable, definitely recommend.

Popped in for advice about my phone as it wouldn’t charge up. The lads in the shop were really helpful, diagnosed lint in the charging port, and deftly extracted it… swift, efficient and all with a smile. Thank you.

This is an excellent iT store, the service was second to none. The staff could not do enough to help and their prices are very competitive. I would highly recommend this store to anyone with a computer problem they are absolutely excellent.

Having already used The iT Store for a battery replacement to my iPad mini, with good service by them, I decided to return when a spurious email appeared. Tom gave us good, courteous and understandable advice and helped us delete what he felt was actually a genuine email. All done with confidence and understanding, an unusual experience these days. Well worth visiting if you are in the Burgate area of Canterbury!

Trust these people. They know what they are doing and provide a great service. We have been customers for years and jeep going back. V. Happy with my last purchase of pre loved iphone and ipad.

Used the IT Store twice now for work on my MacBook Pro over the last month or so.Cannot fault the service received and the urgent repair I needed today was completed within 15 mins of me entering the shop.

Short story: The best place to go if you need Apple repair. Super honest and friendly, they genuinely want to help rather than just rinse you of money. Cannot recommend enough.

Long story: I went in today to fix a problem that I had with my Macbook Pro. Four years ago, I had been told by somewhere else that my laptop had to have the Wi-Fi card replaced, which I then paid a hefty amount for. When I got it back however, the Bluetooth wasn't working - but having just forked out a large sum and been without my laptop for over a week, I just learned to live with it. I didn't know enough about Macbooks to know that this really shouldn't be the case after this repair.

Fast forward to today. I'd had enough of using wired headphones and wanted to finally get it sorted, and so took it in and explained to the lovely man (I wish I asked for his name because he was brilliant!) what my situation was. Immediately, he opened my laptop to take a look, and right then and there saw what the problem was - a loose cable. I had been without Bluetooth for four years because of a bloody loose cable, from when the other place fixed the Wi-Fi card.

In and out in ten minutes, finally fixed. These guys are trustworthy and reliable, and I'm so happy with my experience.

Excellent repair on my MacBook Pro. Was expecting it to be beyond economic repair but was pleasantly surprised. Would highly recommend.

I was anxious to get my 27" iMac up and running to meet a deadline when it has suffered a dislodged main switch. The main Apple reseller wrote it off as a 'vintage' (2011!) mac that couldn't be repaired as parts were not available. The iT store came to the rescue, not only fixing the problem but turning round the work in one business day at a very reasonable price. Excellent service for which I am eternally grateful! Well done guys.

Really helpful and a great price to fix the hinges on a macbook. Apple wanted loads more. Really polite and helpful staff. I went to the iT store on the recommendation of a friend and was not disappointed.

The fabulous Neil at the IT Store saved a very important work deadline with a new client. Neil was friendly, extremely efficient and I cannot thank him enough. He worked out a solution and delivered it superfast – plus improved everyone's mood with his cheerfulness!  

As a small enterprise, we are very vulnerable to IT problems, and as luck would have it, we had a big tech prob whilst up against a tight deadline with an important new client. When the tech prob hit, after struggling for a few days trying to sort it out ourselves, thank goodness google found the IT Store for us and within a few hours we had everything sorted – turning imminent disaster into job well done. At a reasonable price too.

Outstanding. Prompt responses to email questions. Dropped off Macbook which needed a new screen and collected it repaired 90 minutes later. Half the price I'd been quoted by Apple directly. I'll be using them again!

Just went in to get a key on my laptop keyboard fixed and they did it in under 10 minutes! Absolutely amazing customer service. Highly recommend. Definitely the place to go for laptop repairs! Thank you very much!
