Helpful at first then customer service fell off a cliff
Changed from 2 stars to 1. My IVA is completely paid off yet I’m still receiving bombarding emails and texts yet when I respond to them I get absolutely nothing.
For the first year under my IVA communication was good and I felt like a human. After that the company became extremely hard to deal with for all 6 years of my IVA , rubbish communication and an extremely threatening automated system despite never missing a payment. Glad my IVA has finished and I no longer have to feel with this company
