The company were excellent and professional in assisting me with a voluntary liquidation of my company. They made what could have been a stressful process so simple and efficient.
I dealt with Monika mainly and she was both professional and supportive throughout.

I recently used The Insolvency Company for a Member's Voluntary Liquidation, mainly as I knew Alison Dickinson was there and I'd dealt with her previously. It was no surprise therefore that the whole process, end to end, under her management, was efficient and stress-free even though the turnaround time from company end to tax year end was really tight. Alison is a totally reliable true professional who even supported me with my accountant meetings. I have no hesitation in recommending this company, and Alison in particular, for any liquidation needs.

Monika at The Insolvency Company (TIC) was excellent, especially the standard and timeliness of her communications. She was fully in control of my company's MVL at all times. I wasn't convinced of the necessity of hiring TIC at the beginning, but in hindsight, I'm really glad I did. I highly recommend their services.

We had decided to wind up our company through a MVL. We thought we had some time to do that until His Majesty's government decided to change the rates on the Business Asset dispersal relief on MVL's which happened after 4th April 2025. We had already approached another Insolvency Practitioner but was not happy with their longwinded approach. My conversations with Gareth convinced me that he could achieve the liquidation in the given timescales, and that proved to be the case. We went into liquidation on 3rd April 2025. All the communications with Gareth and his team were clear and informative, always advising us of the next steps and the dates that needed to be met.

I have no hesitation in recommending The Insolvency Company to anyone who wants to go through the same process.

Gareth and the team have been available if I needed any advice, also I was able to miss a payment once when needed, there has been times over the 5 years when I have made contact with the team for guidance and I have always had a reply.
