I simply Love this site! Everything they say they back up with action. I have gotten several things from them and am quite pleased with them all. Professional yet friendly. Questions answered quickly and understandable,

Overall I've had a great experience with The Insiders but there is room for improvement.
I have received a couple of products to review at a discounted price, and I do give my honest review regardless of that.
The insiders offer good products to review with reasonable prices and overall it is a positive place to be in.
The room for improvement is as follows, a better website or techs so there is not a lot of communication with the associates in The Insiders, since it takes a long time for them to respond, busy I assume. Also it would be nice to track the shipment or information about the items being available since I've seen comments that show a bit of discomfort because they do not know where their product is. I know it takes time so I do not mind as long as I have enough time to test and try the product and not be limited to a few days.
I suggest that if there is a video review there should be a bigger discount since it takes time to do the video and also edit the video.

The Insiders is a great word of mouth program that has some the of best products from high name brands. The communication is great, the prices are very affordable and competition is fun. Guidance thru the campaigns are easy and understandable yet simple. I have been involved in many campaigns and they have all been great and beneficial to my household. This is by far the best WOM Campaign i've been part of and plan to stay for life.

These guys are awesome. I have been working with them for a few years now and it has been nothing but amazing from an amazing team. Looking forward to many more years. Keep up the great work.

Insiders has been an amazing company to work with. They offer great products and have good customer support. I have always been rebated/refunded. I have never had issues getting my money or product. They take very good care of their reviewers.

We've had a great experience with the Samsung Insiders. We love technology and its embedded within our every day lives. Therefore, the ability to try new products out and provide reviews so that in future versions of the products, they can take that feedback and make it better for all of us is a big win. Everyone is great to work with and the project has been a great success for us since day one. I would highly recommend if you get the opportunity.

I've been a member for a little while and I'm very impressed with this WOM company. They offer excellent products, timely feedback and guided steps to maintain membership. The products are very reasonably priced and top of the line. From the time I became a member and got chosen for a Campaign it was a smooth process from start to finish.

The insiders.net has been a blessing to my family for a few years now,I have been able to test great products and discounted price and it’s been a great journey I recommend it to everyone that is up for the challenge to test and review great products.

I've been an Insider for about a year and half now. I have participated in several campaigns, most of which were for high dollar items. Other than the occasional delay, the system has worked nearly flawlessly for me. The only gripe I had was a little difficulty being able to contact a rep after they looked over my review. That appears to have been fixed after the last campaign. I get lots of notifications to campaigns, but I try to only participate in the ones that I really need in order to allow for everyone to get a shot at their products. I see some reviewers from overseas complaining about not getting their reimbursements, however I have had only one campaign that was for reimbursement. Most all the campaigns I've done have simply sold you the product for the discounted rate up front. The one time I did have one, I had the reimbursement almost immediately. If you want the chance to get some really high end, high dollar products for 50% or less of the retail price, this is the place to go sign up.

I love The Insiders. I have bought few amazing products like a Samsung Refrigerator, a stick vacuum cleaner, headphones and couple of other at very good low promotion prices. The products are shipped directly from the manufacturer and are genuine products. All in return I am asked to do is write / record my reviews which are posted on the manufacturer sites unedited. I love the way The Insiders promote this and keep it honest for the consumer. I only wish they would accept me for more promotions when I apply for them. Keep it going this is an amazing site and I have shared my experience with my friends and family already.

I have been an Insider over a year now. I have gotten a Samsung refrigerator, stove, and 65 inch TV through the program. Absolutely fantastic deals. People’s jaws drop when I tell them how much I paid for these items. Shipping is a little long on the appliances and if you’re someone who expects a daily update on timelines and progress then more than likely you will not be a happy camper. My tv however was at my house 3 days after I paid for it. It is a legit site and definitely not a scam. I’ve gotten everything I’ve paid for and been completely happy with the purchases. I have several friends that also are insiders and they also have gotten everything they have paid for. Other than long shipping times on appliances everything has been perfect.

I have had the opportunity to be part of The Insiders and to be able to try out a lot of great quality electronics and products at a very reasonable price or for free. I love to apply to all the campaigns as possible because you might or might not get chosen but it’s worth it .

I have been a member for a little over a year. It is an awesome program that gives such a great discount for reviews. I have received a Samsung refrigerator, Samsung television, and a Samsung vacuum! Each item has been well below the cost of market value. I have also reviewed a bunch of small items as well. Those are reimbursed with gift cards for more than the cost of the item. This company is definitely legit. Don’t let reviews complaining of any delays sway your decision to join. We are in a pandemic.

This company is the best I know about the products you get at a discount and some for free. The company is reliable never have I ever had a problem with them. You sign up for what you would like to get and if you get accepted you pay the discount price and then you get it now it will take weeks sometimes a little longer but I feel like since its paying half price I don't mind waiting for the company to send the products out but I have been in several ones for a 4000 fridge paid 950 for and a stove and a washer and dryer now the price on the wash and dryer was like all together 3000 I paid 1000 or so it is a great site to go to. I love it They are nice and exceptional to work for cause who doesn't like paying a discounted price for products that are exceptional and all you do is write how you feel about the products you get. I mean it's a hands-down good deal to me so I give it 5 stars if there were more id give it more. GREAT SITE

Been part of the program for a while now and absolutely love it. I have had the opportunity to participate in several campaigns and have saved a lot of money on products that I would have either purchased anyways or waited until the price of them was more affordable or went with a lesser item. So far I have had excellent items and an excellent experience with the program overall.

I joined the Insiders a couple of months ago and so far it has been great. I receive products at a discounted price or for a full refund and I end up getting to try new things (which most of the time I really enjoy like the TLC cheeses!) I recommended it to each of my friends!!

I've been an Insider for over a year now and wow has my experience been nothing but positive. I started with the Walmart campaigns, where you get reimbursed after submitting your purchase receipt. Be sure to follow the directions on what and how to purchase the product and then submit your receipt, I received the rebate within the week. The website is a bit confusing, but if you reach out to their support team, they're very responsive and helpful, they answered all of my questions and cleared up any confusion :). Then I started working on the bigger campaigns with appliances, delivery does take longer than purchasing from a retailer, but its well worth it! I received multiple appliances that I love and use everyday at a really big discount because I participated with The Insiders! I highly recommend this site for people who enjoy getting products at a discount and sharing their opinions!!

I took part in a campaign for a washer dryer. During the application process I was asked to choose a 1st, 2nd & 3rd choice of machine. As there was only 1 particular machine I was interested in, I put down my chosen machine for all 3 choices. This machine was advertised as costing £594.00 in total which meant I would receive £297.00 back, resulting in the machine costing me just £297.00. A bargain I thought! I received an email stating I'd been selected but had only until 4pm the following day to purchase & upload all my bank information. A timescale of less than 24 hours felt a bit harsh, but as it would surely be a straight forward process, I wasn't too worried. However, it turns out that it wasn't a straight forward process. The email congratulating me said I was chosen to review a machine that wasn't one of my choices it was a smaller machine in capacity & was advertised as costing £679.00 & I'd receive a refund of £339.50. Now I was slightly disappointed as I was expecting to only pay £297.00 & receive a better machine but I decided I really did need a new machine & the extra £42.50 wouldn't hurt too much. I clicked on the Amazon link provided by The Insiders in the email, as I wanted to follow each step carefully but it didn't take me to the machine that I was so say chosen for, it took me to the one that I did in fact apply for in the first place but it wasn't £594.00 or even £679.00, it was £699.00. One hell of a price difference there. Again despite feeling quite miffed by this point I decided I'd be willing to pay the extra £20, as the email received stated I was due to get £339.50 back meaning the machine would have cost me a total of £359.50. Not the bargain of £297.00 I was hoping for but still a good price for the machine in question. I contacted The Insiders by email and FB in a panic because not only was the jump in price such a shock, but Amazon were also telling me the machine couldn't be delivered to my address. After a few attempts the order went through successfully. I went back to my email from The Insiders & clicked on the other link provided to send all my bank information and order confirmation through and pressed send. All before 4pm, despite waiting all day for a response that I sadly didn't receive. Now onto the payment. A couple of days ago I logged onto my online banking app to find I'd received a payment from The Insiders. That payment being £297.00. I emailed The Insiders again & this time they wrote back to inform me that I had purchased the machine from a third party seller on Amazon & therefore have no control over the price, followed by "We suggest you that, next time, please contact us before purchasing anything." Well guess what? I DID contact them prior to purchasing but as they didn't get back to me before the 4pm deadline I had no choice but to buy the machine or be kicked off the campaign. I also used the exact link that they had provided me with, so how on earth was I to know that it wasn't going to be the "correct" seller? There's also nothing in the T&Cs regarding not purchasing from third party sellers etc as believe me, I've checked! I've explained this all to The Insiders via email and have sent them numerous screenshots but all I got in response is "Oh, I think Amazon did something there with the links. You’ve been selected for the HWD80, but you purchased the HWD100. What seems to have happened is that Amazon automatically suggested you another product (probably the 80 version was not available)." Well if that is the case then perhaps using Amazon in this manner isn't a good idea, as The Insiders have absolutely no control over the amount of stock available in comparison to the amount of people they choose to select. Also I was told that they only reply to emails the next day (despite NEVER getting a response to my original one asking for assistance). This simply is not good enough considering the lack of timescale they allow for purchasing these expensive items. I needed help and this could have all been avoided had the timescale been longer, or they had a better way of reaching customer service sooner! They've now told me I only have 2 options in order to rectify this situation; 1. To return the machine I've received & purchase the different model in order to receive the correct refund amount or 2. Wait until the end of the campaign and return it. I have already installed the machine I received in order to test it, meaning my old machine is now sat out in my garden in the pouring rain & not safe to use. Plus I never applied for this campaign with the intentions of returning the product after reviewing due to needing a new machine. Unbelievably disappointed to have had such a negative experience & to have received such a lack of customer care. This whole ordeal has well & truly hindered my feelings & opinions on The Insiders!

I wish I’d checked the reviews on here before signing up. I joined and agreed to test an LG audio product but trying to get the promised 50% refund has been a absolute nightmare. When I queried why I hadn’t been paid they provided ‘proof of payment’, this was proof of payment to an entirely different bank account, with a bank I hold no accounts with. Their initial response was that these were the bank details I had provided - this obviously was not the case, which they eventually admitted. Five weeks after I should have been paid and I’m still waiting. I’m very concerned about their data handling and would definitely not recommend.

It's really not worth your time for what you get, if its a free campaign, for the amount they expect you to do. If it's a paid campaign then you have to jump through hoops to get your money back as you are expected to pay up front and then await, usually a 50 percent refund. I had problems with a recent campaign and they quite frankly didn't give a toss. They are the worst at getting back to you as well.
