Second order never came, no way to track it or escalate the issue either. Such a pity since the first time I bought something from HIP went perfectly 😞
*Update: After posting the review got a comment from HIP rep and when I logged in to follow the instructions saw the order is now showing as cancelled. Some clarity at least but still no pants 😆

Empty box delivery
Purchase a Nike short online, but when I received the parcel, the box is empty, nothing inside. I called HIP CS they just reply they send the item correctly and it shown delivery successful, so there is nothing they can do. I just lost my item and got no refund.
