Not had any problems with hot streak and I would highly recommend.

I joined yesterday deposited £120 won £1530 . Although requested withdrawl been told can take 48 hours which seems bit long but I fine with that. Had a problem with my details which seemed to have been misspelled when signed . Spoke to Levi and he was very patient with me and talked me through everything and showed me how to upload . He was brilliant and spent a hour talking me through everything thank you so much . Also I’ve seen a lot of bad reviews about bonuses not being paid. I got 100% match up so received £100 bonus to use on casino. I’m not a slots man like the sports book and lost the bonuses as haven’t a clue on slots ect. But just wanted to let people know that the bonuses was paid without asking. I always opt out of bonuses as I don’t play slots. But it was given to me. So far this site is great and the bad reviews I’ve seen are not justified. So it’s been 24 hours since I requested my withdrawal and will update when I get my withdrawal. But so far this site gets 10/10 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾 update I'm now seem to be getting really concerned about my withdrawal!!! no one can explain why it hasn't happend I've sent 5 emails contacted CS via live chat. no one seems to know or or Care just getting the run around! I don't won't to go to the gambling commission as I like the site. but seems like I have no choice please fix this today or it leaves me no choice! UPDATE!!! my withdrawal has reached my account and everything is great. don't know what the delay was but im super happy with everything and the service

I opened a account Sunday, placing a £10 bet that incidentally won and I’ve not been able to access the account since .I’ve been told on multiple occasions the account is fine and accessible by both Liam and Nate in customer services.I’ve wasted over 8 hours on live chat email and text and all I get is that it’s been escalated to another department.Five days I’ve been doing this for and Liam and Nate are just laughing at me sending repeatedly the exact same response hour after hour day after day saying they will escalate.I can see Mr Cooper gave Liam a good review pity Liam couldn’t provide myself with any satisfaction.I work in the industry and will be advising friends and Colleagues alike to stay a million miles away fromROYAL LOUNGE AND GRACEMEDIA. I am Absolutely disgusted with the way nobody has assisted me and got me back into my account.I’m being treated like a fool .A complete Joke.I’ve even been refused my initial £10 deposit to be paid back to my bank and I would just walk away.Your link on the forgotten password doesn’t work.I’ve entered my email on multiple occasions and have never received a link.The email is fine as your customer service don’t have any problem sending me emails repeatedly informing me it’s been escalated

Support at panda bingo is very good and they always respond to you my only disappointment is you can never get live chat and there is no contact number but other than that they do there best but you have to email them
