This shop has become my new favourite go to for pokemon! Especially japanese ascended heroes (mega dream ex) they are fantastic on turn around from ordering to opening. Great costs what got me on their store as they are cheaper on alot of products some by £10-20 in some cases. I love this shop I've had some good pulls from my packs and everything has been packaged with care and not in flimsy cardboard. Don't change a thing! Thanks and all the best 👍 colin

All of our items are supplied as brand new and sealed unless a customer has specifically purchased a pre-owned item from our eBay store. As such, a game arriving dirty would not be expected and we would like the opportunity to investigate this with our warehouse and supplier.

Waited 4 months still not got my complete order
I placed an order on 22/3, finally received my order on 4/4 to find I had only been sent half the order. Fast forward to 13/7 still waiting on half my order after this company said one of their employees accidentally listed these for sale when they didn’t even have them. And to top it all off I had to get in contact with them to find this out. Nothing from them to tell me about the problem or apologise. I would waste my time with this company. No attempts at all to put things right.

While we fully appreciate your frustration with the supplier delay, we'd like to clarify that we informed you of the stock issue when you first contacted us in March, explained that there had been a stock listing error, and offered you the option to cancel and receive a full refund at that time. We continued to provide updates whenever you contacted us and, on each occasion, also offered the option to cancel if you no longer wished to wait. You chose to keep the order open as you were keen to receive the product.
Unfortunately, despite our regular efforts to obtain stock from the supplier, it never became available. Once you requested cancellation, we processed your refund immediately.
We sincerely apologise that we were ultimately unable to fulfil your order. While this situation was outside our control, we recognise the experience was disappointing and appreciate your feedback regarding our communication.

Really great experience. Ordered AC4 Resynced, the fact it came with a steelbook despite being a lower price than the game on it's own elsewhere is a steal! Had an issue with some digital content due to a Ubisoft error and TGC resolved it almost immediately. Thank you so much!
