What an absolutely excellent start to…
What an absolutely excellent start to my day!!! My furniture was delivered on time by two very polite gentleman who not only positioned my furniture carefully in my room, but also explained that the boxes were inverted for ease of unpacking. A thoroughly excellent experience. Thank you Warren and Alex F. The furniture is as expected, excellent quality, just what I wanted.

Great experience
Dave D and Scott arrived on time and were polite, friendly and efficient. We spent a satisfying hour or three unpacking our very well packed sideboard, corner cabinet and dining chairs - followed by a trip to the tip! The furniture is perfect for our redecorated dining room. We couldn't be more pleased.

The delivery guys were very efficient and helpful.
It wasn’t easy to get in touch with anyone ,on the phone, the previous Saturday when I wanted to discuss the premier option of having it fitted by them. When ,finally, the phone was answered ,I was too late to book it.
Could that option be made more visible when ordering ?
I am pleased with the product ( wardrobe ) .

The option to add our Premium Delivery Service is available at checkout when selecting your delivery date. However, if your item was originally out of stock, this option will not be available until the items are back in stock, as we are unable to schedule delivery until then.
We also have a cut-off point for adding Premium Delivery to an order. Once our delivery routes have been planned, depending on the timings, we may not always be able to accommodate the additional service without affecting other customers’ scheduled deliveries.
If you have any questions, or if you would like to arrange for our drivers to return and carry out the Premium Delivery Service, please don’t hesitate to get in touch and we’ll be happy to help.

Fabulous after sales service
I've furniture from this company for years and it is well made. Strong, sturdy and nicely presented. I had an issue with one of the chest of drawers recently when two of the handles came off.
I looked and they had failed where the screw meets the fixing on the back of the handle. I did a live chat, and in no time they were very happy to send out two spare handles.
I screwed them on and happy days.
The customer service of this company have always been easy to get a hold of and very easy to deal with. It's not very often I need to contact them, but when I do, they are always very helpful.
