Furniture delivery …
Today we had bedroom furniture delivered by Rob & Scott they were both courteous and professional. All furniture delivered and placed in room of our choice. There was a call about 30 minutes before arrival to let us know they were on their way.
We have purchased from the furniture market before and been very pleased on all occasions .

Great service from start to finish.
Great service from start to finish. As promised, the delivery team of Dave 'D' and Will phoned with an update half an hour before they arrived. The two boxes which housed the Larder pantry were delivered to our kitchen and the guys patiently explained the best way to unpack the units.
The larder is a lovely piece of furniture and blends in nicely with our kitchen. Overall a very positive experience and I would certainly have no hesitation in ordering from The Furniture Market again.

Rob and Scott went out of their way to walk up a steep hill with a trolley with the furniture as the road was blocked. Very grateful, and I apologise for the workout first thing in the morning 😂

We took delivery of our two wardrobes…
We took delivery of our two wardrobes by Dave D & Scott. They called 30 minutes before delivery- which made things seem less. Wardrobes were put together within the 30 minutes time allocated. So pleased i chose the furniture market.

This small business really understands…
This small business really understands the value of personal customer service. It was a refreshing experience compared with the service you get from large furniture retailers, and the quality of the product genuinely reflects the price.
Before placing my order, I called with a few questions, all of which were answered promptly and knowledgeably. It was particularly reassuring to speak to someone locally rather than an anonymous call centre. When necessary, the staff could even walk into the adjacent showroom to check product details while I was on the phone.
Delivery was handled in-house by Dave D and Scott, and I was pleased that many of the components arrived pre-assembled, making things much easier.
As for the triple wardrobe itself, it is beautiful and exceptionally sturdy. The thick wooden panels and hardwood construction give it a substantial, high-quality feel.
You really do get what you pay for—and in this case, that's a very good thing.

Quality furniture
Easy to order online, had to make a change a few days later, Katie sorted and this was no problem.
Quality furniture and the guys who delivered it Dave D & Stuart, handled the furniture with care and advised a few tips on how best to take furniture out of the boxes.
All in all a great experience and I will use again for my furniture needs.
