Very helpful in finding the correct foam to get for my sofa, definitely recommend.

I am disabled with a spinal problem and chronic pain syndrome. A good nights sleep is the only time I’m properly comfortable. Having had a made to measure 7 foot electric bed (I’m 6ft 6ins tall) I now needed a mattress topper. The four inch thick bespoke topper has made the bed the most comfortable place I know and at long last a refuge where I can recharge for the day ahead. I cannot begin to explain how grateful I am for his wonderful piece of memory foam which has quite frankly, transformed my life. Thank you.

I contacted The Foam shop after receiving a previous quote from another company to see if their costs were similar. The service I received was fantastic. I now have bespoke foam seating in a grey outdoor fabric that looks amazing and feels so comfortable. The company were determined to find a solution that met my budget needs and even went above and beyond to provide me with matching cushions. Would recommend to anyone.

I have placed in order for some foam and made a half inch mistake on my measurements once I had realised through my long hair general telling me I contacted the company immediately via phone and email and they have sorted and rectified the problem without an additional charge which I think is an absolute fantastic level of service thank you very much for your help and support really much appreciated the way you have treated me

Order was received incredibly quickly and emails answered promptly in spite of the extra demands that the pandemic has put on business. I ordered a large and complex circular mattress topper to convert a sofa to a bed.
Mark (Production Manager) was very helpfuly and sent me large sheets of paper to provide a template.
The first production went wrong because the foam had to be produced in two parts and one half had been cut in the wrong way, but Mark offered to produce a corrected one.
The second delivery was absolutely perfect with even the Tencel cover perfectly trimmed around the complex shape.
So if you need even complex custom foam elements, The Foam Shop is the place to go.

From start to finish, excellent customer service! From initial enquiry with Mark Harris, nothing was too much trouble. We had lots of communication via email and telephone, honest opinions and recommendations, did not try to sell more expensive products, advised what was appropriate and practical for our garden project. We had bespoke cushions made for a sunken seating area. We provided measurements and a diagram for seat and back cushions. They were delivered by courier in the estimated timescale. We are absolutely delighted with the cushions, they are the most perfect measurements and the most amazing fit! Exceptional value for money, compared to other companies. Professional company, no hard sell value for money and fantastic end result. Thank you to Mark and his team. Will be recommending to everyone and would 100% use again !!!

Ordered replacement foam seat cushions for outdoor furniture. I rang first for some advice as there was so much information on the website I wanted to make sure I was ordering correctly I spoke to Mark Harris (I recognised his voice from his YouTube videos) and he was very helpful. The website said the delivery lead times were 7-14 working days and when I hadn’t heard anything by the 14th day I rang and the person I spoke to apologised and said they would be despatched the following day and he emailed me first thing the following day to say they’d been despatched and I would receive an email with tracking info. My only criticism is the lack of communication from ordering, I didn’t receive an order confirmation only a receipt from trust payments so when I didn’t receive a despatch email after 14 days I was concerned, however my order was despatched quickly once I rang but I also didn’t receive the email with the tracking info. But my order arrived by DPD the following day. Overall I’m really pleased with the replacement foam cushions and with the service I’ve received.

I am completing a camper conversion on a budget so cost was the primary consideration. After looking on eBay etc for roc n roll beds I decided to use the foam shop.
Hesitant that the cost was a little high, I placed the order.
From start to finish the service was excellent and the product is far better than I thought! AMAZING! I went for the budget fabric but it was still lovely and good quality. Yet to sleep on the foam for a few days but just having a roll on it, I’m over the moon with the product! Highly recommend the service, do not save £100 by using other manufacturers. Well worth the cash spent!

Great service and advice again. This time I needed to change the order just as it was about to be processed and this was dealt with quickly and courteously. No hesitation in recommending them and will continue to use the foam shop.

Ordered reflex foam for 20 year old leather sofa. Was told 2 week delivery and it came to the very day. Excellent quality it’s transformed the sofa seats . Would definitely recommend better than buying new

Sent the wrong product, cut to the wrong size, and refused to accept any responsibility. Most replies were in the form of an idiotic rant.

Terrible company, placed an order for some samples cut to size, with a view to placing an order for 3000 pieces once I worked out correct size from samples.

Took my order and money and then sat on the order for 10 days, then without any notice or messages they simply refunded the payment I had made, with absolutely no explanation or notice.

AVOID this company, I will take my business to a proper company, absolute joke of a company.

No doubt the company will respond with excuses and explanations as to why they have behaved in this manner because they want to protect themselves.

From the order I placed on the 13/02/21 -'Your Order #000005153' - if you provide me with an email address I can send you the entire order picture off your site. The @info email I used to enquire progress does not work for reference, my email was returned undelivered to that address.

Bought foam crumb to replace fillings on my scatter back sofa cushions. So happy with these, my sofas have been restored and look brand new once again. Customer service excellent and delivery was sooner than expected. Will use the foam shop again and would highly recommend. Thank you for an excellent product.

We have only had our sofa for a year and the scatter cushions had gone so flat. The foam shop helped me identify the size cushions I needed and they were delivered very quickly despite all the challenges covid has brought. The difference is amazing and I would recommend them to anyone. No more needless plumping of pillows every day. Excellent service and fantastic company.

I live on a narrowboat and I needed an irregular shaped mattress and a bed wedge for health reasons. The customer service was brilliant, incredibly helpful, very good listening skills and clearly understood my individual needs for a good night's sleep - incredible bearing in mind the current covid regime we are under.

Time from ordering to delivery was spot on and this is to be commended as well.

My experience with the foam ship has been excellent. I was unsure of how to size the replacement cushions for an old leather sofa. They gave me expert advice and the cushions are a perfect fit and they were delivered in about a week, so fast too. I would definitely use them again.
