Obviously you don't gat the free pillow.. unless it comes separately from the main delivery, oh well, must be a sales tactic...

BRilliant experience. Needed to make it easier to get up out of our three piece suit. Spoke on the phone and a picture of the possible answer was emailed . Ordered it and two days later they were in situ and perfect. All very straight forward, timely and a great product.

Ordered what we thought we wanted, but was advised what was suitable for the job. They stated to come and visit and try out the different options and were very helpful. Came away with the correct foam due to there knowledge. I am really happy with the results. Will definitely be using them again and would recommend and not stupid prices.

I order some cushions two days and they were delivered this morning. I can't believe how well made they are this company are extremely good at would they do. So if need a replacement mattress cushions this company will delivered an extremely good quality products

What a great company! Sent my cover on Tuesday, and received the replacement cushion on Saturday!! It is so comfy and at a great price too.. Responded to emails quickly, rang me on Wednesday, to discuss price, easy to arrange, delivery without any problems. Highly recommend!

Unfortunately, my experience with customer service initially left me disappointed. I contacted eFoam before ordering because I suffer from Ankylosing Spondylitis and needed advice on suitable foam. After initially being overlooked, I eventually received a brief response but was still left unsure which product would best meet my needs.

My order came to just under £150, so I added an additional pillow costing £31.98 to qualify for the advertised free Witney Mill Foam Core Pillow promotion. However, the two pillows supplied did not appear to match either the promotional pillow advertised or the pillow I specifically selected and paid for.

I contacted eFoam via WhatsApp regarding this issue. My messages were read but initially went unanswered, which was frustrating. A simple acknowledgement that the matter was being looked into would have made a big difference.

Since leaving this review, Gloria has contacted me, apologised for the experience and kindly offered a refund for the pillow I purchased while allowing me to keep the complimentary pillow. I appreciate this gesture, and the matter now appears to be moving towards a satisfactory resolution.

At this stage, I’m updating my review to reflect the positive steps taken to resolve the issue. I hope the company can improve its communication, as that was my main concern throughout what was otherwise a very prompt delivery.

When you use a company for the first time, you want the experience to be a good one, with Efoam U.K. it was exceptional.

I found the site via a search using ChatGPT, based on value, quality and customer reviews. Efoam U.K. came out top.

I went to their website which was both informative and easy to use. I wanted two new foam cushion inserts for a sofa that was 7 years old.

I took the dimensions as shown, answered questions re usage and the website came up with recommendations, which I accepted.

I put in the order and a very good price and well within the delivery time suggested, the inserts arrived and are absolutely perfect.

In addition, I had a query which their Sales Team answered effectively and efficiently in a friendly, professional way.

Rather than paying out for a new sofa, we now have what feels like a new one at 10% of what a new one would have cost.

I can’t recommend Efoam U.K. highly enough.

I had an allergic reaction to the foam, which absolutely stank when I took it out of the packaging. My throat tightened up and I started having difficulty breathing. I emailed the company but they said there was a “fragrance” so I asked for a list of the ingredients of the fragrance, and they then said they didn’t add one. They told me to air it, which I have done for weeks, but it still stinks and I can’t go near it. I emailed them again but they won’t accept a return or arrange a refund. I’ve reported them for manufacturing a product that can cause harm but it’s appalling that they couldn’t have just dealt with it themselves. If you have children (whose brains are still developing), or pets (who are far more sensitive than us), or anyone with MCAS or general allergies in the house, this is potentially a life-threatening product to purchase. It’s like someone with a peanut allergy consuming something that does not carry a warning that it contains peanuts. Not just disappointing but dangerous. UPDATE: 3 months later the chemical has finally gone after being stored outside the entire time.

Ordered 5 pieces to construct a sofa. good quality foam and very comfy to sleep and sit on. When ordering larger pieces, eFoam was very accommodating and stuck the smaller pieces together, it was very durable. Packaging and post quality was amazing and always arrived reasonably quick. Will be buying from again.

Recieved my new filled cushion today and I am absolutely delighted. It has completely revived my chair and is so comfortable and supportive.The process from ordering to delivery was excellent and the company was helpful and easy to communicate with. 4 days from start to recieving my item and really great price for quality work. Highly recommend. Thank you E Foam, finally I'm comfy again.

Easy to follow website regarding instructions for measurements and type of foam and coverage to order, appropriate to needs.
Settee cushions arrived 3 days from ordering. So exceptional service. And has made a tremendous difference to the comfort of our Tetrad settee, which was becoming very saggy.

There is NO other company to match eFoam for variation, price, and fast delivery. I have used them for a few years now and would no go anywhere else.

SCAM – AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
This company took my money and never delivered anything.
They completely ignore phone calls and emails.
Zero customer service, zero accountability.
This is either gross incompetence or outright fraud.
Do NOT give them your money!!!

I was unsure which foam to choose at first, but with Charlie’s guidance and support, I ended up selecting the perfect one.
I wanted something firm yet comfortable, and the foam I received is exactly that, firm enough for support, yet comfortable enough to sleep on.
Their pre-sales and after-sales support has been excellent, and the quality of the products is truly impressive.

From requesting the envelope to post my sofa cushion covers, to making contact and agreeing a price and to my new sofa cushions being delivered, what an absolutely fast, efficient amazing experience!!
My sofa is looking brand new, the foam fits the covers to exactly every inch, nook and cranny and it is the most comfortable. I am so please with my purchase and will be recommending to every Tom, Deek and Harry and anybody in between who’s willing to listen!!
