Hi,
I think this customer service has been perfect, I just think the truth isnt being said, you didnt email at all as we dont have it, its your primary email account but we dont have the supposed email and nor do you, thats somewhat convenient isnt it. I just think you're just chancing it.
The theatre has cctv and this will prove the delivery took place, if you thought about it you should contact them as they are the recipient of the product.
You can leave a bad reveiw we dont mind, we know we didnt receive this change of address email and we understand that you feel aggrieved because your fibbing hasnt been successful. If thats how you wish to do business then we dont want your business to be honest.

PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS FLORIST! Absolutely shocking experience. I ordered a bouquet for my wife for our wedding anniversary and when I emailed for reassurance that delivery would be made on the day requested (four days after placing the order) I received a response saying that human error meant that my order had not been processed at all and they would offer a full refund. I expressed my disappointment at the lack of communication and was met with abuse and name-calling. Hideous people to encounter. AVOID.

Delivered a day and a half late
Pretends to be in other parts of London using tricks on Google but is in fact only in Chelsea. Bought an expensive bouquet, paid for same day delivery, turned up a day and a half late, they did nothing about it.
Flowers that were delivered for my…birthday
Flowers that were delivered for my birthday mostly died within a day or two. Very expensive bouquet. I contacted the Flower Yard to let them know but they did not even have the courtesy to respond. There are plenty of better florists.

If I could remove the one star I would. Not sure how this business is still running given the shoddy customer service and rude staff. Avoid and take your money elsewhere - surprised that this place upholds itself as a high-end flower shop in Chelsea. More like a market stall in Pitsea Market.
Ordered roses and tulips and got dead daisys
Order some lush looking flowers of yellow roses and tulips as they were in their “seasonal” section they sent dead daisys instead with a couple of dead looking flowers
Poor value and inadequate service
I ordered a very large bunch of lilies for a friend and expected something impressive given the £88 it cost me. It was unfortunately such a disappointment.
To give credit, the flowers seemed fresh but many of the stems had broken off flower heads and the green they provided, totally inadequate as it was much too short compared to the lily stems. In order to get the bunch to meet expectations I’ve had to toss the green and add some flowers from Waitrose (@ £8 a bunch). In retrospect, 5 bunches from Waitrose would have been sufficient to create the lush and impressive look I was after.
This florist unfortunately offers poor value and their inadequate order tracking doesn’t really make things easier but actually just frustrating.
I regret not having read the reviews in advance and hope others will not make the same mistake.

Fraud. Do not use. Had the rudest service on top when I tried to look in to what happened with the order when the recipient did not get what I ordered. Do not use. This place should be shut down.

I call this DISHONESTY for an established floweriest in Chelsea. Shame on them!

This shop is a fraud. Flowers were not delivered. Rude and aggressive response and no intend to make good on failed delivery.

Avoid completely . Do not buy from this shop. Spent a fortune on flowers and chocolates delivery paying extra for London same day delivery to celebrate my daughters exam results. They did not deliver on the day and I spent all afternoon and evening trying to contact them with no answer. They arrived the next day with no chocolates and half the flowers dead. When I phoned the shop I was told to phone back to speak to a manager and the person knew nothing about my order Close this place down it’s a scam.A hundred pounds down the drain.

Disgraceful.
Disgraceful. By far the worst experience I ever had from a customer service experience. Made the order on Friday for Sunday delivery specifying that I wanted an early morning delivery. On Sunday at 12 I call asking for an update only to be told that it’d be delivered between 2-3. The lady I spoke to was EXTREMELY rude, didn’t apologise and told me that it’s my fault as I should have paid more money for a priority delivery (which doesn’t exist because the other option is a same day delivery which I didn’t need). Was trying to express my frustration but she literally put the phone down while I was talking. I can’t believe that these people are still there and have a business. My only regret is that I didn’t check the reviews before.
