This was one of the best first aid courses I have been on. I found the way Vickie Delivered the course very Informative and very easy to follow. I liked the way she also got us all interacting with each other too! I hope the first aid I have learnt won’t be need to be put into practice but feel confident enough if I do.

My instructor made the day
My instructor made the day. She managed to balance being thorough, informative and happy to answer questions, with being friendly, and funny in a gallows-humour kind of way. She was sensitive to my squeamishness over some of the graphic images, and warned me about them in advance which I really appreciated. I came away feeling like I'd really learned something useful, that I can confidently apply if ever called upon to do so.

We were engaged from start to finish, at no time did our attention waver. Good training
The only concern was that most of the participants weren't wearing the masks and the leader was very relaxed about it. Otherwise great service and everything well organised.

First Aid Course
This was my second first aid course in the past 3 years. It was very useful as a refresher course and was well presented by a very knowledgeable trainer who managed to keep the attendees interested and involved throughout the day.

A full day with very clear instructions…
A full day with very clear instructions on how to cope and all sorts of emergency situation where first aid might be required. I gained a lot of confidence and found the training invaluable.

Excellent training in a professional way.
The trainer was very well informed about his subject with real life examples to bring question answers to life. Training pitched at the right level in assuming that a basic level of understanding was held by trainees but not in any way patronising learned a lot in a friendly and professional way. Recommended this company without reservation.
