I ordered with this company. It took over a month and a half to receive the product overall the product quality is nice but customer service and communication is terrible.

I placed an order in November 2023 and it’s not January 2024 I haven’t received my parcel and then got an email saying that basically someone has bought the company and they now can’t send me my item which is ridiculous as only just 5 days before this I received an email saying they was getting ready to ship my order this is disgusting
Peace of mind knowing that The Edit LDN would ensure no would not buy fake UGG slippers. Not always great to pay over the RRP but that’s the case when you want the current trend items at short notice!
Not received my shoes after 2 months. Requested a refund, not received that either!
Tried 3 times to get an ETA for delivery. But I received a notification that the company has filed for bankruptcy.
Not only did I not receive my item after 2 months of ordering, I was also told I would receive a refund…I am still to receive this 3 months on
scammers. They took my money when I sold over 1000 pair of trainers to them. They owe me £4300
Outstanding refund £300 since early december for item not recieved mugged of continually by customer service and now been told they have gone into liquidation but you can still buy from the site.
Stay away Buyer Beware!!!!
Do not order from this company. I ordered 29/12/23 order not received after 5-10 working day delivery. I emailed them and they emailed me back saying the trainers had failed the authentication process. They asked if I want to wait for another pair that was due in or have a refund. I made the stupid mistake of waiting. I have now received an email today to they have gone into administration and orders placed before 18/1 will not be fulfilled.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY i ordered trainers in November 2023 Never received them and have been chasing my refund for 6 weeks now. Today they have informed me they have gone into Administration!!!! I have had to claim my money back through PayPal. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM
I ordered a pair of the UGG Tasman slippers (size UK3) in late November as a Christmas present. I was told the order was delayed (but given no specific timeline) and they did not arrive in time for Christmas. When my order did not arrive by early-mid January I requested a refund, but am still yet to see the money appear in my account. It is now late January and the slippers that I wanted are still for sale on the website in the size that I ordered, they were never taken down or listed as ‘out of stock’, so I am unsure as to why they weren’t just sent out in the first place! I am still currently waiting for a refund as I have requested my money back twice now; the second time they ‘tried’ to refund to my PayPal account it appeared a few days later as ‘Cancelled’ by the seller. Up until now they’ve been very quick to respond to my emails, saying just what you’d like to hear as a disgruntled customer but all their words have yet to be backed up by any actions. This whole experience has been a disaster.
I should have checked these guys Trustpilot before ordering. 25 working days went past with 1 singular automated email to explain they had "delays". I have requested a refund over a week ago - they had said it was processed, but then Paypal informed me that it was cancelled from their end. So within a month I have ordered a product, it has failed to even be sent, and then they have failed to refund my money. Truly a terrible company, give it another 6 months and it will vanish as clearly they are scam artists.
Ordered trainers fir my son for Christmas 20th November! They did not arrive no update until 10th of January then they said the one's they received were not up to stand (if they actually received any) asked for refund waited 10 working days (no refund) had to email again and then they processed the refund. What a waste of my time
Waited 4 weeks for some new balance trainers, never arrived. They cancelled my order LOL. What a waste of time. Whoever raves on about this company is clearly lying 🤣
Ordered a pair of shoes for my son for Christmas and ordered them in November after weeks of being told there was a delay amd we should expect them with us soon the order got cancelled
Amusing that Edit asked for this review. Absolutely dreadful, ordered Ugg shoes in November never received them in December, I asked for a refund they declined and then didn’t respond to any emails. Eventually I took my complaint to Amex who upheld the complaint on my behalf. Strangely enough after 2 weeks Edit offered a full refund.
Still waiting for my order which I ordered in November, asked for a refund beginning of January, still not received that either. Communication is horrendous, would never buy from this company again.
Awful lied to and took a month to get money back after being offered credit notes will never use again
By the looks of it from all these recent reviews this company had taken a load of orders in November and never fulfilled ANY! Probably 10s of thousands of pounds sat in their company bank gaining daily interest 😂👏🏻well played, absolute scum of the earth. Fingers crossed this company goes bankrupt🤞🏼
Waited just short of a month for an order that was supposed to be my daughter's Christmas present. After initially waiting 21 days for any contact what so every about the progress or my order, I received (after 4 emails) an email the day before Christmas Eve to say it wasn't going to arrive so I sent a request for a refund. Won't order from them again or recommend.
