They said the return had been opened and the box was empty. Impossible because it was securely taped up. It was sent back unused and unopened. Over a week later after receiving emails as to why my refund hadn't been processed with one excuse after another they came up with this excuse.

So very very pleased with this floor cleaner. It arrived with dry wipes . Most supermarket wet wipes fit this mop. So you dry wipe or wet wipe. I am using it on laminate floors . Previously I have cleaned my floors on my hands and knees . !!! Very well priced , fast delivery . Many Thanks . Will buy from you again .

A reasonable price and good choice of brooms. Everything arrived so quickly and each item wrapped well. I bought a long handled hand brush at such a reasonable price. I should have bought a few as my husband uses it now in his garage as the bristles are soft and firm and easy to use. A good company who deserve well.

Really perfect kit for decking maintenance job this spring- thoroughly recommend this product.

Recently purchased a floor mop, but it developed a minor fault. I rang the Dustpan and Brush office to see if they would send me a replacement part. After a quick check on their system, they dispatched a complete new floor mop, free of charge, which arrived two days later.
