We purchased an outdoor broom which we are very pleased with and would definitely recommend.

A great company to do business with, quick response to a problem with delivery (package damaged and bits missing). I only requested they replace the missing parts however they resent the entire order. replacement order arrived the next day. super impressed with response to email and resolution to the problem. 5 star service!

I like everything about my spray mop - it works perfectly and the swivel head is great for swooping around furniture.
I especially like the personal touches I've been made aware of on the packaging and through the enclosed information.

Avoid this company! Just appalling customer service. I ordered a wire broom, which required the wire brush head affixing to the wooden pole. I had bought this exact model brush from them in the past and found it to be excellent. On this occasion however the brush pole I received was too narrow at the tapered end to slot into the bracket on the brush, even when tightened to the maximum. Kim from ‘customer care’ ignored my request to return it for nearly a week, instead offering me an £8 partial refund for a broom that can’t be used! When I pushed back hard insisting on a refund and asking for a prepaid returns label, she fobbed me off by telling me a) that it was expensive to return and b) that it was my responsibility as a customer to cover the cost of the return. I have informed her of her legal obligations as a retailer and of the relevant provisions in the Consumer Rights Act 2015, specifically s8 which states clearly that it is the retailer’s responsibility to cover the return costs of a faulty product. Still waiting for a reply. Shocking company to deal with - total lack of customer service and glaringly ignorant of consumer law.

Bought 25 broom handles for a team building exercise. I was worried that they might not arrive on time, but the broom handles arrived promptly. Everyone wanted to know where I got them from.

I purchased the scrub master back in November 2025. What can I say, someone should have told me about this product before !!!! Its amazing. I love it. Really easy to use and really cleans down tiles and surfaces like a dream. No drama. The customer service are great too. When I first brought the item I contacted them with a few queries all answered promptly and thoroughly. More recently I had a problem with it and Nicole thank you so much. She was so good and sorted everything out. I am a very happy customer. They deserve the 5 stars.

I decided to re-seed my lawns as they were beyond recovery from the droughts which meant digging up the old dead lawn grass and creating a new seed bed. I wanted a good rake to help level the new rotavated soil and collect the old grass without dragging the soil along with it. Looking around I found the 70cm big plastic rake on Dustpan and Brush, it also has wider tines so I thought I'd try it and I have to say it has been an excellent purchase too, it levels the soil really well without clogging in the rake and collects the old dried grass leaving a nice finish when raking in the new seed. In my view a really good rake for the job.

The ordering process was very easy and I received the item I ordered quickly. Great communication from the company throughout. I ordered the Rubber Broom Pet Hair Remover for Carpets and Hard Floors with a Fixed Handle. I am very pleased with it as it really does pick up hair from the carpet and is a good quality product.
Would definitely use this company again.

Excellent choice of products. I primarily wanted the weed brushes with the V shaped metal bristles and scraper. These looked really good quality and didn’t disappoint when they arrived. I also bought a few other items and all were as described and arrived quickly. Thank you.

I ordered the Microfibre Flexable Duster set and the good thing about it is that it has an adjustable handle so you can reach high places, this is the main reason I got it but it also comes with the small hand held duster for easy to reach jobs.
It’s better than my long bodged duster which I made, good buy!
