Amazing UK based company
I have purchased the Silent Gliss pole for my bay window which needed to go around the corner on one end but be straight on the other end.
I could not imagine how that would work but with Ruth's drawings and several phone-calls I ended up with a product that has changed my room.
It looks so beautiful and everyone that comes in comments on how lovely the room looks now.
I am really grateful for Ruth's patience and her knowledge. I am so glad that I have found this fantastic UK company on the web. Thank you to all the staff involved with beautiful quick production and perfect packaging!

Excellent quality product and great customer service.
The measuring page helped us get the right lengths and angles for our large bay window. The custom made track was a perfect fit, sturdy and feels as if it will last for years.

Superb Customer Service
The whole process from ordering through delivery was very slick, with excellent communications. The
product was packaged superbly so as to minimise the risk of damage in transit. Hiccup on dimensions of finished track were resolved without fuss and the replacement tracks were perfect. Ruth was clearly concerned to ensure I was satisfied with the end product.

Fantastic Customer Service. I had quite complicated requirement with a "reverse bay", and managed to order a track the wrong way round. I called The Curtain Pole and Track company and Natalie could not have been more helpful. She understood the problem immediately, and after swapping emails to ensure they understood what I needed, they sent a replacement completely free of charge. Looks great.

One of only a few companies which provide made to measure certain tracks online. Having used them before, I was once again impressed by the quality and reasonable price. The speed of delivery was excellent as was the care taken with packaging. Highly recommend them.

Silent Gliss 3900 - Corded Metal Track
Purchased several Silent Gliss curtain tracks from The Curtain Pole & Track Co. Have used Silent Gliss uncorded before but this time went for corded tracks. Silent Gliss are particularly good for bay windows and the Curtain Pole & Track Co. provide a comprehensive measurement tool for bay windows. The tracks are straight forward to put up depending on the base.
We had an issue with the cord length and Natalie quickly replaced the track. We are using the tracks with heavy curtains and the curtain rails look simple & elegant. Thank you, Natalie.

Great product, great customer service
Fast delivery, great product and really good customer service. When there was a small issue with the track, Natalie from the customer services team immediately responded and arranged for a new track to be dispatched. Really impressive. I never usually write reviews but this is thoroughly deserved.

Super fast delivery of samples
Super fast delivery of the samples I requested. I love it when firms supply samples as buying fabric online is difficult without checking out the colour in the room it is needed for, and handling the weight of the fabric is so important. Also their tracks seem very reasonably priced so I will be coming back when I am ready.
