I returned a wig that arrived faulty, shedding hair excessively from the start. The company refused a refund, claiming they don’t accept wig returns for hygiene reasons — even though mine was returned because it was faulty. They say they “checked it” and that it matches their website description, but nowhere online does it state that the wig would lose hair excessively. I’ve emailed repeatedly with no resolution, and they even asked me to pay to have the faulty wig sent back to me. Very poor service, and I’m now investigating this further and have tried to log a formal complaint with them.

Good quality. Very fast delivery

Ordered on Thursday and delivered on Friday so thats very speedy service. The quality of one costume ( a miss claus christmas jacket and skirt) was awfully poor, I was disappointed at the quality considering the cost of the outfit. It was purchased for a charity event and we returned it on the thursday and were refunded immediately so very speedy and efficient service !! The second costume is superb , a velvet male suit and is very well made.

Easy to order, fast delivery, got exactly what I needed

Great range of costumes & super speedy delivery!

Do not buy from this company! I was sent a faulty item so had to return the costume. This was advertised as a 'Deluxe' costume. The price was the only Deluxe part. I contacted the costume shop straight away. I had to pay €10 to have the faulty item returned to the costume shop. They had not answered my email. Terrible customer support. Stay away!

Edit: they also block you on Facebook and Instagram if you try to contact them through their social media accounts

Ordered Halloween outfits for the family. To extreme disappointment received worn and damaged items. No time to find an alternative Halloween outfit. Returned the entire order the next day (before Halloween) and had to pay return shipping for a mistake the Costume Shop made. They refused to refund the shipping costs they charged for shipping to me and the return shipping. On top of that all, told us we didn't return the full package and held back the refund. Unbelievable and arrogant customer support. Never again!

Great experience with the CostumeShop!
I ordered stuff for Halloween a week out and they had guaranteed shipping which arrived in 3 days. Unfortunately one of the items was missing, looks like the packaging had a fault and it could've slipped out. Customer service was top notch and sent out the missing items swiftly and ensure the packaging would stay intact by double bagging it. All the items themselves were top quality and legitimate! Couldn't them recommend more.

I got let down for a costume on Monday. Was able to order on the costume shop early Tuesday morning and have it to collect by Tuesday lunch time. So convenient and handy. Honestly to the stress out of everything. Mary that I met at base was was so lovely. She had everything there ready to go. No waiting around trying to find it. Best experience I've had with a company.
