I needed to get an idea of leather colour and quality, the samples were easy to order and arrived really quickly. I found this service very helpful and it will save time when I visit the showroom. I would recommend using this service, it allows you to sit at home and decide at leisure what you want.

Easy ordering process.
After a lot of online research, we found the tub chair we wanted for our family room. We ordered the leather swatch samples and they arrived quickly. Customer services (via email) answered a query we had within 24 hours. We have ordered the chair and can’t wait for it to arrive.

Wood, upholstery, springs, i.e. what is essential for a sitting experience for a long reading session for example.
It's difficult to get this information.
In principle, I'm in favour of traditional materials.

We use hard wood beech for our frames screwed and glued for stability with serpentine springs, foam and the highest quality leathers to finish your chair.

Great customer service! Samples received quickly and my enquiry emails were responded to in a timely manner. Staff were very friendly and helpful via the phone too. Sofa now ordered and cannot wait for it to be delivered!
