The Support Staff at Canvas Factory were fabulous. My order was a little complicated and the staff were so patient and helpful and responded to my emails in a very timely fashion.
I'd highly recommend getting the image quality testing done on the photos you submit, I had 2 photos the company showed me were slightly blurry when enlarged, so I changed to better quality photos.
The finished products were great quality. One of my prints was damaged in transit, and the company created a new one and it was delivered within a week...fabulous service!

Loading photos into the system is easy. Sizing is very adaptable and the previews given at actual size give an accurate indication of the quality/clarity of the finished product. The manual check facility is an excellent service and has saved us from prints that were too busy to ever print with sufficient clarity.
Our photos have been beautifully reproduced.
Movement through the system is tracked on the website and delivery times are quite quick.
