My daughter loves bubble panda.
A great variety to choose from, brilliant quality ingredients. Some really good value deals. Still expensive but cheaper than bubble tea shops and the packaged sets in supermarkets.
The packaging is nice so makes a good present and it came in really good time.
We will definitely be getting more again!

Very nice! Packaging was very good and appealing, instructions are very straightforward and easy. I bought the starter pack and a refill pack, I love it!

I love their bubble tea. I have tried different flavour packs and accidentally mixed them wrong and they were still amazing.
It's very simple to order, the delivery can take longer depending what time of the month you order. But that's OK.
They have really great offers and different flavour packs all through the year.

Speedy service(especially on the bank holiday weekend),, I decided to try the yuzu syrup and lemon bubbles(along with the lemon/ginger teabag, make an amazing lemonade 🍋 inspired drink🧋), I bought 2 sets of the triple build your own box and got one half price for joining the Bubble Panda Boba club on Facebook so I'm currently mixing my new syrups and bubbles to create unique flavours which I can then share with other bubble tea fans on the fb page(a place where I can talk bubble tea, flavours and more without being judged),, as always top marks to Bubble Panda 🐼🧋🐼🧋💖😋❤️

Easy to order and fast delivery. The different flavours available are fantastic and, they are really easy to make. My granddaughter absolutely loves making her own bubble tea and I can ensure that she drinks enough, especially when it's hot outside. I can't recommend this company enough.

I have ordered from Bubble a number of times for my grandkids and they have loved them all. My grandson is currently enjoying the Caribbean mix. It would be great to have a Mocktail selection for the Summer months. Always arrive speedily and well packaged.

Bubble Panda were very helpful with a delivery issue and maintained good communication.

The final product looks great, is easy to access and should be just the thing for my daughter’s sleepover party.

I ordered the Golden Ticket mystery bundle offer from Bubble Panda.
They said it was limited to 250 units. Each would be unique and random with a value of £50+ for only £15.

When mine arrived, the total value of the contents based on the sales prices of the Bubble Panda website at the time of arrival was only £47.97. Also, neither the Tote Bag or Cup as shown in the promotional images were golden in colour. Just standard products.

I posted this information on their Facebook page, with a breakdown of the package and photographs.

Two days passed, and Bubble Panda had visited the Facebook page and had posted other new promotions, but had not responded to my original post.

Another customer had by this time also posted that they were disappointed that the items included were not golden in colour either.

I then left a comment asking for Bubble Panda to respond, Please.

They blocked me. I know they blocked me because I can no longer access the page on Facebook with my account, but I can easily access it through other accounts.

And all of mine and the other customer who complained comments, have been hidden / removed from view even when selecting show all comments.

The actual product is good, but the social media team and therefore the interactive public face of this company are abysmal.

Love my Bubble panda tea , amazing flavours and low sugar, great treat and can enjoy them more when buying from here 🧋😁 can’t wait to try future flavour combinations

Love the flavours, not keen on the jelly bits. Only giving 4 stars as the bubbles let them down the consistency isn't always spot on some seem like old stock in the mixed in with fresh.

Took to long to dispatch and arrive also not the best flavours and when they say 8 small and 4 large drinks i very much doubt it will not be using again

My order came really fast and everything inside was as described!

My girls love their bubble panda and trying new flavor's. But unfortunately the print is coming away from the cup and leaving black marks all over the silicone sleeve and their hands! I always hand wash the cups so cannot be from the dishwasher.

My order arrived completely ruined and spilled which is disappointing as it was a gift. I emailed customer service and they ignored me

Honestly? The product does nothing for me but my grandchildren love it and the little extras that arrive . Over the time we have dealt with Bubble Panda we have found them to be efficient , trustworthy and reliable. The goods arrive, not next day but in a short 2-3 days which is fine. They are always safely packed in cardboard packaging rather than plastic. Cannot fault them.

I have ordered from Bubble Panda many times, always a great product, great value and arrives in decent time.
The range of flavour combinations is fantastic, something for everyone.
