I ordered a tropical bundle for my niece as a welcome to university settling in present. It arrived promptly and she loved trying all the flavours. There was plenty for her to enjoy and for her to share with her new friends!

My son loves these bubble teas - they are the perfect school hols treat with great flavours.

We first ordered a Halloween set. Unfortunately, the cup had broken on arrival. My email was quickly responded to& the cup replaced within the week.

The accessories - fur keyring/ bubble teas keyrings make for nice school bag accessories and my car air fresheners smell and look great!

I recently ordered the swizzles bubble tea set which was a welcomed Christmas present. Will definately order again x

I’ve ordered a few times from Bubble Panda and I’ve been extremely pleased every time. There’s a wide array of flavours to pick from and all have been so good. There are also really easy to follow instructions in the box if you haven’t made it before and it’s super easy and simple to make. I’m obsessed!

Fantastic service with amazing flavours to choose from, always new ranges coming out to try and we’ve loved them all, highly recommend this company and a great option for teenager birthday present.

I buy these kits for gifts, they always go down a treat. The Swizzles flavours were particularly well received, and the kettle was on in minutes of opening them. Delivery always reliable and packaged beautifully. Highly recommend.

Pre-ordered 4 of the swizzels refill boxes for Xmas gifts. Arrived in plenty of time for me to wrap and deliver those needed for Xmas. Well presented and a good selection. My kids were pleasantly surprised when they opened them and couldn’t wait to get making. Would definitely order again.

These Bubble tea sets are awesome. My boys and I have tried many different flavours and combinations and they are all really refreshing and delicious. The packaging is always very sturdy and you are kept well informed on shipping updates. We will be regular customers of Panda Bubble Tea for sure!

I ordered 2 Christmas Bubble tea kits with the Cup, straw, jelly beans and key ring, 1 for me and 1 for my daughter, when she opened it she said " I already buy from Bubble Panda", 🐼 Great minds think alike 😂 so I'll have to find someone else to recommend to Bubble tea

I reached out to customer service recently regarding my order as I was worried it wouldnt get here before christmas. But it did :) and customer service were quick to respond. Polite & friendly too. :)

Preordered a Christmas bubble tea kit for my daughter as she’s obsessed with bubble tea.
Parcel arrived very quickly and in perfect time for Christmas.
Daughter is absolutely over the moon! Not only did she get two boxes full of all the ingredients to make some amazing Christmas themed bubble teas, but the bag of goodies was brilliant too. The bubble tea cup itself is amazing and such good quality, and we also got straws and a cleaning brush, lip balms, a key ring and a silicone ice cube tray that all came in a lovely tote bag. Everything is really high quality and more than worth the money.
The kits themselves are fab, really easy instructions to follow and my daughters having the best time making her daily festive bubble teas! They’re so easy to make she can confidently make them herself (while being supervised with the kettle) and other than water and milk, everything required is included in the kits.
There’s such a great variety of funky flavours included and they taste great! Massive success and a new firm favourite

Best bubble tea we tried, and very good customer service, on of our kits came broken, and they sent out new one very quickly.

I ordered multiple christmas presents for my son and grandchildren on 5th November. On 15th December I received my dispatch email and tracking info. It is now 21st Dec and they still haven't handed over the parcel to royal mail and are ignoring my emails to customer service....... My reply to bubblepandas reply :- I do not believe what you have said. I think you just say this to look good on reviews. The reason being you dispatched mine apparently on the 15th December and used Royal Mail Tracked 48™ service. Should have arrived on 17th or 18th at the latest. If this doesn't arrive by Christmas I want a full refund and I will have alot of my family without presents. Absolutely shocking when you took my money on 5th November.

Been trying to contact regarding delivery but no responses whatsoever. Ordered in November for a Christmas delivery. Package label was created on 16th and nothing has moved since. Think I’ve just wasted my money on this! Shop somewhere else that has better customer service, better communication and actually post things!

Good to receive for a different drink as a treat have drank bubble tea in the past and it’s delicious.

Got my halloween box before halloween. The smell when I opened the box was amazing.
