Ordered from these multiple times with no issues. Recently i ordered the Halloween refill kit with the free limited edition panda keyring, along with the coffee refill kit. Upon arriving I was missing the coffee kit. I have contacted customer service via their website as well as sending a direct message on Facebook, and via commenting on a Facebook post. I have received no response at all, it’s been over a week.

I want what I paid for or my money back!

Hada few deliveries now from bubble panda. Were a large family and enjoy them. However this is the second consecutive time there has been a long delay in recieving our order. The only positve this time is they sent an email stating the halloween part of the order was delayed. This however shouldnt have delayed the whole order .

Bought for my Grand daughter, and she loves it.

Halloween boxes were a little delayed but bubble panda took the time to email customers to inform them. Getting a bit worried they wouldn't arrive in time for the kids on halloween morning i emailed. Prompt response and arrived in time as promised. Great company, well recieved by the kids and i have already ordered again. 5 stars!

Ordered a bubble tea set as a gift for my granddaughter. When it arrived, there was liquid pouring out of the packaging onto the floor so I had to open it. Some of the bubbles had burst open and made a mess of the set. Contacted bubble panda who offered to replace the menu card and the individual pack of bubbles and the tea bags which had been covered in sticky liquid. So now I have the mess of the rest of the package to give my granddaughter for her birthday gift. Shocking customer service. Have ordered previously and been happy with items but would never order again after this experience. Embarrassed to be giving an assortment of soggy and sticky items as a birthday gift.

Ordered on 29th September, didn’t receive my order yet. On the website it still says order unfulfilled. Emailed them several times, had no replies. It shouldn’t take over three weeks to ship something.

Bought a starter set for my daughter’s birthday. She loves the flavours of the teas, and the other bits and pieces (cup, keyring etc) are great quality.

Very good service, I wrote the wrong address but got an amazing feedback and got another parcel, and their delicious Boba is so wonderful!

I’ve got lots of kits from them in the past and they’re always perfect. The bubbles syrups and teas taste amazing, their combinations are super delicious and I recently got their lip balms and ice cube tray in a bundle and they’re really good quality (the lip balms are better than all my other ones I don’t know how but they’re so good). The cups are all amazing quality too and I love their keychains so much!

The package was such a treat — it came with 3 boxes of boba tea products, some super cute lip balms, a beautiful glass boba cup (the design is gorgeous and the sturdy plastic straw is perfect 👌), plus adorable extras like a boba tea keyring and car refreshers 😍!

You can tell so much care went into curating and packaging everything — it felt like opening a little boba-themed gift hamper! 🎁✨

Highly recommend if you’re a bubble tea lover or want a fun, thoughtful gift for someone who is. 💕

Only criticism is the syrup is far too sweet/strong flavoured we had water it down so much

This was my second time buying from bubble panda. I can remember the first time being good. This time not so much. It was a box that I made up. When I got the box I couldn’t remember what I put together and there wasn’t a reminder or an invoice so I had to guess. Second they say to consume within 30 days. Weirdly the bubbles went moldy within a week. Don’t know if that was just a one off. Would I buy again probably because I’m a big fan of bubble tea. I’m just a bit freaked about the moldy stuff

Got the sweet shop and candy cloud for my daughter she loved all bar one which was jelly not bubbles, so easy to make and was a real treat for her.

There was an issue with delivery and the parcel was lost - Bubblepanda delivered a replacement rally quickly.

Bought the fruit starter pack for my daughter for her birthday as she loves Bubble Panda. Brilliant set. My daughter is very happy. Pack was delivered perfect and on time. Can't fault the starter pack and service.
My only negative comment was that I received an email from Bubble Panda recently to say "as a thank you from us, here's a code for 20% off your next order". I tried to use the code only to find out it doesn't work! 😔

This was my second time ordering, and I was not disappointed. The flavours are refreshing, and the taste of the green/black tea is not overpowering once you follow their clear preparation instructions

I made an error on my order when I completed the purchase, but contacted Bubble Panda straight away, asking them to correct it. This was done immediately, so my order was dispatched to the right address.

I will be buying again.

I drank 1. Got belly pain and diarrhea. Was too scared to have it again...tried again a week later and sickness and diarrhea again. I thought maybe its me not taking to the drink. Gave ro my husband. He also got diarrhea. We have an unused box now and half a box. Disgusting. Do not advise buying this.

Used company on a number of occasions for bubble tea for my daughter’s birthday presents. She loves the taste and collecting the different cups. Whenever I have dealt with their customer service they have been prompt, professional and solved queries with ease. Thank you.
