Terrible customer service.
Paid for new day delivery, took 5 days to come.
Didn't have the drinks for the party the, house bound so couldn't shop elsewhere.
Was given a 50p refund.
Was a returning customer, will never use again

A huge selection of miniatures at a very reasonable price.
Bought 16 miniatures for Christmas tree presents. Arrived in good time for Christmas despite me ordering quite late on in December.

I ordered German Wheatbeer (24 bottles) with the company, but only received the alcohol free version as a wrong delivery.

Upon raising the issue with the company, I received a fast overnight reply per email, offering a swap against the correct beer bottles originally ordered.

However, I am now waiting wince over 4 days without any response to me emails asking how and when this swap will occur. Also, the company is not reachable via phone number advertised on their website. Very frustrating experience and they are even more expensive than Waitrose, Ocado and other retailers. Only seem to be interested in the sale and not rectification of mistakes on their side. Good luck with ordering with them!

I had excellent communications with Alex and Jeany, who ensured that I received my order promptly during the busy Christmas/New Year period. Very good service.

Fast delivery great customer service and well packaged

Firstly I ordered the item on 18th it eventually arrived on 29th.
However I had an notification it had been delivered by Royal Mail but I hadn’t received my package it showed a picture of a signature and a poor picture of the bottom of someone else’s door and a plant pot but no house number.
I then contacted customer support stating my item had been shown as delivered at the wrong address I had a reply from Alex at customer support stating it shows as delivered to my address using the coordinates shown by Royal Mail however these were not correct so I sent Alex a screenshot of my coordinates along with the picture from Royal Mail showing the bottom of the somebody’s front door and a plant pot which wasn’t my address I also took a picture of my front door showing my house number which was clear it was completely different too the one pictured by Royal Mail proofing it hadn’t been delivered to my.
Alex responded saying he’s happy it was delivered correctly and wished me a merry Christmas basically sticking his finger up to me and referring to me as a Liar So please avoid this company as they offer no integrity.
So I took I walk looking for a house with a white door and a plant pot matching the picture from Royal Mail luckily it was 5 doors away so I retrieved it ok NO thanks to the Bottle Club and Alex.

Easy ordering, and for being the festive season still quick delivery.

Had Crabbies ginger wine in stock which many outlets did not. Well packed and good delivery time.

Paid for next day delivery, delivered a day later than advised no offer of refund or apology.

Got exactly what I wanted and came on time 🥃 cheers Gary
