Great service and rapid delivery.
Called them on Tues morning to check order as I had no record of confirmation e-mail or bank transaction I had even placed it (which is my fault). Called them, they called back immediately, order was placed and arrived as promised next day. This firm was a lot cheaper than any of the other online alternatives and my buying the pine and running it through the table / chop saw myself. Superb service. Thank you.

Great product, really attentive customer service
Had holiday rental guests arriving so I had a very time-sensitive order. Sandy took time to advise re the most appropriate products etc. The company kept me up to date every step of the way, including 3 weekend calls. Great quality product. Fabulous, attentive customer service.

I have bought premium slats for single…
I have bought premium slats for single bed and no screws supplied as described and after three days whole house filled with pine smell from the slats.If the windows opened then it was slightly better.

Beech Sprung Bed Slats ordered Sunday night, dispatched Monday afternoon, and i got exactly what i ordered on Tuesday morning, delivery courtesy of the Royal Mail.
