Not great. Ordered some pine legs, cut to size, and two of the legs are very poor. The wood is split and jagged where it's been cut. (with a blunt bread knife by the looks of it) Each leg was £4.40, plus an extra £5 for cut-to-size and then £6.95 postage, so the 4 legs cost me £29.55. That's a high cost for poor quality work.

Very pleased with the bed brackets I have ordered from them, thats the exact design I had in mind and I couldn't find same elsewhere. Arrived on time. Packed very well! Delivery cost was a bit higher then I expected but would definitely buy from them again.

I rarely write reviews, but had to for these guys. Such personable service – called me up to clarify my custom specifications and walk me through any questions I had – and mind bogglingly fast (my custom cut bed slats arrived two days after I clicked "buy", that's one day to make and one day to ship). And of course the quality of the product is stellar. You don't find service like this much anymore. Highly recommend.

Having had poor experiences with various large bed suppliers and poor quality of products in recent months and having to return them, I decided to visit Bedslats to see for myself before buying. Reg the Director showed me round the facility was very helpful and I was impressed by the quality of the frames, and found teh guide on what bed construction types are suitable for the frames very useful. I placed an order for a super king size drop in slatted bed base with 10mm slats, with custom size. That was on a Sunday, the frame arrived the following Wednesday after receiving a call from Reg on the Tuesday to say it was ready - I had not asked for or paid for express delivery. I am really pleased with the product and build quality and value for money, and would not hesitate to recommend this company.

I ordered and paid for a kit. I realised quickly it had auto corrected my address to somewhere miles away. I contacted them before it was shipped and got an email back saying nothing they can do. Nothing more than that. Tried to contact Evri who wont allow you to email or contact them so paid for what I wont ever receive! Not helpful at all. Avoid them!

I ordered some of the premium pine double bed slats (flat) and was pleasantly surprised with the product - they came exact to specifications on the website and fitted perfectly, but more than that, I was impressed by the quality. Very good quality pine wood, well finished, not a single splinter or rough section. The webbing is also of excellent quality.

Rapid delivery, excellent packaging, and a great product. I wouldn't hesitate to order from this company again.

I didn’t check these reviews before ordering and I’m a bit surprised as my experience was excellent. I ordered a set of webbed bed slats to a custom width and length to try to save a bed I really like. The size is precisely what I ordered down to mm (was a bit of a risk, would obviously recommend a bit of tolerance). The wood is very solid (and heavy), much better than what I originally had. I got the pine. I’m really pleased and do recommend, but do triple check your measurements.

Great company and I cannot fault, ordered a bespoke job which I received the next day! Seems to have cost a lot but it's a high quality product and I didn't really shop around so can't complain at all. Would definitely use again.

I contacted bedslats.co.uk via e-mail regarding replacement bed slats. Reg was very helpful with his response and also took time to go through options for me on the phone. I needed the slats quickly and having placed the order online, they were immediately cut to size and I was able to collect them half an hour later. Having installed the product, it seems sturdy and of good quality.

Ordered and paid on June 6th not received order now June 26th emailed on address provided on order conformation and dispatch notification but no response tracking number provided doesn’t work. Wouldn’t recommend take your money and ignore you and don’t respond

Cheapest materials - wood used for side rails was split. Also I bought this because it was cut to a bespoke length - except it wasn't and the central rail was 11.5 cm too long. I was told I could cut it myself. "Cutting service" and customer service both hopeless. Never again.

I was pleasantly surprised on receiving my order. I purchased the Universal 760mm Premium Headboard Struts (Pair) on 06/12/22 and they came about a week later. They were well packaged and left safely. I had looked elsewhere online, but the quality of the other headboard struts did not seem good.

Yes, these are a little pricey in comparison to other websites, but the quality of the wood is very good. The struts are well cut and very easy to use, but you do need some kind of stopper to hold the headboard and struts together, fully.

I was thinking of just giving away the white Hammonds headboard, which matches the rest of the bedroom furniture. However, the struts look so good, l have decided to keep the headboard in case l need it another time, as l have since replaced the bed frame.

I got useful no-nonsense help when I called for advice before ordering. My order was delivered in less than 48 hours and was great quality and safely packaged. Very happy and would definitely order again. The only thing I would improve would be to give customers a better delivery time slot than 8am to 6pm, which was a bit inconvenient (though I did call the courier on the morning to get a more precise estimate, which helped).

I brought a sprung slat bed base that was designed to drop into my existing bedframe. They had a reasonable range of designs to choose from, although the later generations can be quite pricey.

It was manufactured in-house to the specifications of my frame and it fits perfectly. It's very sturdy and of good quality. I paid extra for a faster build (within 5 working days.) It was ordered on Monday and ready to be shipped by Wednesday. It was so fast that I was incredibly surprised, but very pleased. They even called me so I could choose the delivery day I wanted, a really wonderful service.
When it arrived it was securely packaged and undamaged. I really like the finished product.

I’d assumed replacing the slats on our bed would be awkward. Their website was fairly simple to use, and I also took the opportunity to reinforce the bed with the cheaper of their two centre rail options. It all worked like a charm - delivery was prompt, the parts arrived in perfect condition, the quality of the centre rail in particular was excellent, and the cutting service was spot on with their measurements. I’d certainly use this company again.

Fabulous. Needed European king slats, orders Saturday arrived Tuesday slotted in perfectly. Good price, easy order process and speedy delivery, what more do you need?

This has totally transformed my bed. We bought a new mattress thinking that was the problem but dipping still occurred. Why we didn’t think about the bed slats being the problem I don’t know. Ordered and arrived within a week; excellent technical advice over the phone, excellent delivery communication. It took us about 10 minutes to install. Thanks for an around first class service.

One of the best company’s I’ve dealt with. After months of searching to get a solution to my bed frame I came across Bedslats. They made a bespoke bedslats frame which was perfect and my problem is solved.
I have had great nights sleep and am able to make the bed without struggling. The slats where made to an extreme quality and the craftsmanship is of the finest work and to top it all the customer service is excellent. I would be happy to recommend them. Thank you Bedslats.

I bought a bed slat support from these guys, which should in theory be a pretty cheap part.

First off, ONE slat was about £30, which is pretty steep in price, but they seemed to be good.

Okay quality (certainly not £30 worth though), but a real kicker that it doesn't come with a bolt and washer. That would probably set them back about 30p, but it seems that we're just not worthy of that as a customer.

This is a pretty premium price for one piece of drilled wood, which to be honest isn't up to the quality that this company proclaims anyway. The real pain is that it's a M8 (in my case) thread, but even at this price point for a block of drilled wood, they're too tight to provide one bolt and one washer. As many tradesmen will know, and more so standard customers like me, you can't just buy ONE washer and ONE bolt, so that's about £3 to £10 and 100 bolts that you likely won't need. Perhaps I should set up a partner company to these guys. Very poor value for money in my book at the end of the day.

Ordered a custom pine bedslat pack for a king sized bed. Fast delivery and the pack was well packaged to protect the slats, especially the ends.
Slats were excellent quality pine, thick and wide with exactly the spacings we requested.
Delighted, would certainly use this company again, highly recommended
