I’ve given these often and they’re always gratefully received. They never go out of date and the customer service is really excellent.

Absolutely outstanding. I found some really old paper tickets in my drawer. I contacted Kay at Theatre Tokens who immediately got them transferred into an e voucher that I can use. She was amazingly helpful and efficient.

Received a theatre token as a gift recently and saw I had an older token on my account that I had lost, contacted the team and they replied very quickly (within an hour) to help and send a replacement token. A great gift and easy to use.

I had mislaid a couple of Theatre Tokens, which still had some credit on them. I emailed Theatre Tokens & within 12 hours, I had been sent replacement tokens.

I needed to update some old theatre tokens. Finding the right link was not as easy as I'd hoped. But, once there, Kay was extremely prompt, helpful and efficient. Excellent

I contacted customer service about some old paper theatre tokens my parents found. They were dated from 1998 and I had low hopes of being able to use them despite no obvious expiry. I got a quick response and after sharing a photo received a replacement token by email. I’ve now passed it onto my parents who will use it to see mousetrap which has been on their bucket list for a while. Was pleasantly surprised how quickly and easily it was resolved. Thanks!

I had a problem with the pin when trying to use my tokens. Kay responded very quickly to my email and issued a new token so that I was able to book the tickets we'd reserved.

We had a £20 Theatre Token and when scratching away the foil on the Pin number for a booking we accidently obliterated the Pin number. Oops. We contacted Kay and the team at Theatre Tokens and were asked for a photo of the destroyed pin number on the back of the card. No fuss, picture sent and a replacement voucher was provided within 24 hours. Great service!

I had a problem with the PIN on my giftcard being illegible. Kay was so helpful and issued me with a new token instantly - wonderful service, thank you!

I contacted Theatre Tokens to update some very old tokens to a new e-token. My email was promptly responded to and efficiently dealt with in less than 24hrs. I was told that the process could take a day but was in my inbox within hours. A fantastic service and a great product. Thank you so much. Keep up the great work and excellent service.

I emailed through the link on the Theatre Tokens website to explain that I had lost the tokens I had been given for Christmas. I had registered them so had evidence. I emailed on Sunday 11th January and gotta reply the next day issuing a new voucher and cancelling the others. The email said it would take a day or so but I received the egift voucher a few hours later.
The quickness that this was resolved in is second to none. Brilliant service and so understanding. I always ask for theatre tokens as gifts for birthdays etc...

Excellent service from Theatre Tokens. Ordered tokens as a present for friends at Christmas. One was lost when I sent the present in the mail. Theatre Tokens immediately cancelled the lost token and issued a new e-Gift token. Special mention to K A-R.

I had to contct the company as my theatre voucher had been damaged. The response was very prompt and totally helpful in a friendly and professional email. In fact, I received a replacement within about 15 minutes from sending my enquiry - excellent service in a very pleasant manner.

Somebody responded to my email straight away which I was really grateful for as it meant I could transfer the old vouchers I had into new ones promptly, allowing me to book the seats that I wanted.

I gave theatre tokens as Christmas presents to my family but unfortunately a recipient subsequently mislaid one.
I sent an email to Theatre Tokens asking if it was possible to cancel the lost token and issue a new one, and within two hours had received an e.token replacement.

I contacted Theatre Tokens as I was having difficulty with the voucher given to me. The person who answered my query via email (K A-R) was so helpful, and responded promptly, She issued the voucher, thus resolving the issue, and even gave me the contact details of my local theatre in order to book tickets!. Such great service, thank you.

When booking Theatre tickets as gifts - Theatre Tokens is our go to company - this really paid off before Christmas when having ordered vouchers they failed to arrive in the mail within a reasonable time. As Christmas presents was concerned would not arrive in time however Kay immediately gave us acceptable options in case non arrival - fortunately they did arrive in time!
