We had a bad experienced that we don’t wanna have it anymore in Thansen. We changed our tires but one of the tire was broken by the mechanic that we ended up of changing it and still pay for the same price even its not the whole tires been changed.

Thansen is a trustable shop chain with very good logistics. The only reason I gave just 4-stars is because the description of the items on their web sites are almost non-existent. You want to buy a ring and they don't even write how many mm is it. And it's intentional unfortunately. Also mamy items are overpriced. Besides these, it is quite an OK shop chain.

I have only been in Denmark for 6…
I have only been in Denmark for 6 months so my dansk is limited. I had difficulty with the kiosk but the store wasn't busy so I went to the counter. The clerk was less than hospitable to my situation. I don't expect to be coddled but a little patience with the utlindinger who spends money in your store, would be appreciative.

Criminal Scammers.
Criminal Scammers., Still no sign of my car battery..!!
I paid & ordered these criminals Thansen 900 kroners for a car battery, they promise on their website delivery within 48hrs.
It's been over a week, they keep sending me notification everyday that i can collect my battery 'tomorrow' at 9.30am, it's been like this everyday.
These incompetent scammers took my money and don't deliver, I have reported them to 'Forbrugerombudsmanden', and will seek reimbursement for the car hire i have been forced to take because they have my car battery.
Thansen is a deceptive organization, and whoever this clown responder Alexander is, is a joke.
Just read the bad 1 star reviews, utter shameful scammers.
