Don't use thankbox!!!!!
I have never met a company that their customer service support have been soo unhelpful.
Their system is not customer friendly. If you can't figure something out they send all these clips on do this do that, and if it doesn't work they don't answer you. Whatever you do do not use thankbox they're terrible!!!

We tried multiple times to help you and give you instructions on how to proceed but you seemed to ignore them and were needlessly aggresive and abusive towards our staff. This isn't something we tolerate.

Brilliant product for groups!
Fantastic company, really lovely owners, and a brilliant product too! We use it to send messages, photos, little videos, and drawings from all the children to their class teacher. It’s so easy for everyone to log in and upload their own personal thanks and best wishes—something the teachers appreciate far more than any generic card.

Thankbox have made the process so user friendly. In minutes I had a card ready, a link copied and people starting to add their thanks immediately. I discovered they cover all occasions, happy or sad and a great range of cards and fonts. A lot from a small family business.

Really great way to recognise colleagues no matter what the reason.
I use it a lot and it is always so quick and easy for people to contribute messages and money. Efficient to set up with clear instructions and options. Great updates too which are handy as when I have several on the go at the same time it is useful to have the reminders!!
