I used Thankbox following a recommendation from a colleague. I needed to quickly put together a last minute collection for a colleague who was retiring. The whole process was easy and straightforward. The was a good choice of themes and pictures for the cards and options to add gift cards or presents. It made the whole process of being the nominated person to make the rounds less of a drama. Having an option to share the link as well meant that I could use it across a variety of platforms i.e. emails, messages, whats app etc. Thank you Thankbox, I will definately use you again 🥰

Thankbox site was easy to use from creating the card, inviting people to write messages, to sending it to the recipient.

AI recommended Thankbox as a top recommendation! It is currently doing it's job very well and I have had no problems using the service so far. Plus the staff seem VERY nice when you correspond with them via Email (I personally love emojis, so they got me there).

Following my review on the 17th December, I am now amending my review to give ThankBox and their staff a 5+ star rating. They took my complaint on board and sorted it. They were polite, understanding and kept me in the loop with their progress. Top company. Thank you.

This platform was simple and easy to use when getting a group of people together to sign a card. I will use it again when needed.

Thankbox, is a simplistic and easy to use product!
It's slick and easy to digest UI, along with its varied range of ways to celebrate, make it a product that can be used to celebrate any occasion. Great work!

The website is straightforward and easy to understand. It fulfils the needs of the user quite easily, and for a very small fee, can be fully upgraded to have access to all sorts of media to fully express a variety of individuals' thoughts and feelings. I personally used Thankbox as a way to collect and send condolences to a mutual friend who I only knew online, but wanted to do something that was the equivalent of getting a cast signed or a giant sympathy card together. It worked out very well and I received no complaints from the various people I communicated with. All in all, this is a simple, straightforward website/application that gets the job done without issue. Not too much flair or bells and whistles, but I think that's for the best for accomplishing this kind of task. Thank you for making this kind of thing available online, easy, and accessible, the receiver was deeply touched and that's all I wanted to offer to them in this time when we can't be there for them physically.

Whilst I have no problem with Thankbox, as it's a really useful platform for collections, beware when redeeming for Mastercard gift card.

I redeemed my Thankbox gift for prepaid Mastercard,as at the time I was in the process of moving, and wanted to use monies for various items unknown at the time. The Mastercard had 12 months expiry which was fine at the time.

However, one of the more expensive items I purchased 6 months into duration of the card developed a fault after the cards expiry date. The item was returned to store but the refund could only be made to original card.

I could not have replacement just refund.

I have now been going round the world (UK, Australia and USA) to the different 3rd party funding platforms chasing my money. All of whom are unwilling to help find these funds. A says go to B, B says go to C and, yes you've guessed C says go to A.

6 weeks on and no resolution or anyone accepting responsibility.

A great service. We created a board of birthday messages for my son who is studying overseas. It made a lovely surprise for him to see so many messages from friends and family.

Thankbox was so easy to use and to forward to others to add their contribution to the card. It was also excellent value for money
