Fuss-Free
I haven't always kept the items I've received from Texture, but when I've returned there's never been a problem and I've always been refunded. Shipping has always been expeditious and the goods as expected. Sometimes, I would have ordered more but dithered too long and missed out because many of the items are one-size and I'm petite, so it's hard to know if they'll drown you since they're only pictured on a mannequin without any context (though that is also useful, especially as they show all angles). I will say, though, that their descriptions are informative. I feel confident in this company's integrity thus far, would recommend them, and will continue to shop with them - overall, I like their style!

Delivery has taken too long
No complaint about the quality of the goods. These were repeat orders of a very nice tunic. However, the delay in despatch is very disappointing. Orders on the 5th and 12th Dec have not arrived by 23 Dec.
