As a first time customer back in April l was not pleased with my first order, however the way it was dealt with was beyond customer service it was almost personal service. This experience gave me the confidence to try again and thank goodness l did. I have since ordered 2x trousers 2x tunics 5 x tops all of which are fantastic quality and excellent value for money ….thank you 🙏

I have never used this company before but the service was fantastic. My dress turned up the next day, delivered promptly by DPD.

I have used this company for some time now. I have always had good customer service, prompt delivery and good quality garments at reasonable prices. There are some timeless styles that are cool in hot weather but still provide cover for my bingo wings!

I returned one item from my order which seemed to go astray in the post. Despite not having received the tracked return the company replied immediately, was most concerned and refunded me in full without any quibble.. Wonderful to deal with a company that cares, is so responsive and deals with customers in a personal and warm fashion. Well done Lagenlook Fashion! x

Ordered one sleeveless dress as didn't know what to expect. WOW. Love it. Made in Italy too. Just had 3 more arrive and lovely packaging too. My new fav clothes shop and not expensive. :-)

You know when you are just so pleased with something you write a review without being prompted by an annoying 'what did you think email'? I discovered this retailer earlier this year, its quite challenging to find plus sized summer clothes in natural fabrics. So many sites claim to sell linen but its at least 45% viscose. not at lagenlook. I just love it. I cant stop buying stuff. Everything I have ordered has been good quality. im a size 24 on top and a couple of 'one size' things have been a little small, but i have kept them because I hope to lose a little weight and I love them so much. I normally struggle to find summer clothes, it wonderful to find a site with so much I like and can wear. presumed it was a German company but now I see its British I'm even more pleased. Bravo.

Same Chinese manufacturing thing. Oversized only looks good on tall thin people, did buy a cocoon coat which I've warn but material could have been so much better.

Customer service is also excellent with a family run, personal approach. I love them!

I have been shopping with Lagenlook Clothing for a few years now & from my point of view they deserve a "Highly recommended" all round! They have incredible seasonal sets of really good quality apparel & the prices are very affordable. I love the clothing as it suits any size within the range, it is so comfortable to lounge in, as well as going out in, with a necklace added. All clothing washes very well giving it the longevity needed. The Company is family run, they really do care, nothing is ever too much & I know that if there was ever a question, It's very easy to contact by phone & hear a real "REAL VOICE" willing to help - quite rare in this day & age! I purchased from the company for many years…..I find the styles very flattering on larger ladies. I get many complaints and now one of my friends also buys from you on my recommendation.
The customer service is excellent.

I love this clothes brand for the shaping and styling of every item. BUT what I really dislike is how the colour runs EVERY time you wash them. I now wash every piece on its own after having multiple colour runs onto other items/towels. Huge fan who bought regularly is now a "won't buy any more"

I've updated this from a 3 to a 5 after a great chat with Duane who rang me about my review above. It seems I'm an exception rather than a rule ... maybe my washing machine doesn't like Lagenlook !!. Anyway after the superb customer service I got today, I will be returning .... just now have the problem of which item(s) to buy 🙄

I’ve ordered a few times now and the quality is always brilliant. The clothes are so flattering and I always get compliments when I wear them. Customer service is friendly and fast — I wouldn’t shop anywhere else for this style!

I made my first purchase over a year ago, and I must say, their quality and service are always impeccable. My most recent order, which arrived just the other day, was beautifully packaged. I can’t recommend them enough, they are now my go-to for any occasion!

Bought a top for my wife — fast delivery and really good quality as always. Very happy with the purchase! Will be buying again.

Bought 3 pairs of trousers and a dress.
The dress I was pleased with, it hung and washed well.
The trousers however were very disappointing, very thin, cheap material.
One size doesn't fit all, they were tighter than the image. Wore and washed them twice, per instructions and they are coming apart at the seam.
