I’ve purchased a few things from Texture as I like the clothes. But last week I noticed that my brand new joggers had a split in the seam. Obviously I understand that mistakes happen and was pleased to get a call when I contacted Texture to raise the issue. However, I was slightly surprised when they said they wouldn’t send a replacement until they had received back the faulty pair. I was also unimpressed when I tried to place another order online, using their Black Friday discount, only to discover the order hadn’t been proceeded. When I contacted them about this they said there was nothing they could do. Disappointing.

I needed to return my item, not because there was anything wrong with it.. It was exactly as described but didn't suit me. I received very pleasant help from Texture and whenI returned the item I got a refund as soon as they got it.. I highly recommend the product and the service

I live in these dungarees now. Comfy fit, lovely light cotton, BIG POCKETS! The buttonholes tear quite easily, but are just as easy to mend.

Very pleased with the top I ordered, it’s nicely made with good quality material. I was also very impressed with how quickly I received it. I have ordered from Texture before and will definitely order from them again.

Package arrived promptly and was fair value for money. Always a nice colour choice from Texture. Nice choice of modern fabrics. I don’t buy wool, angora etc to avoid animal cruelty.

Bought two items direct from a stall at a festival and loved them so much bought a third online. Great clothes, great response - even a note addressed to me personally which was a wonderful touch. I wore my bamboo top straight away and absolutely loved it. Can see this will be a firm favourite outfit as soon as the weather cools a bit again.
