Dreadful
Dreadful, no answer on X for days, no online chat, no email contact only a phone number which isn't a lot of use if you happen to be be outside the UK! My app was blocked but no-one can tell me why, that couldn't be remedied via online banking as they said I had to use a browser they knew, (how can I possibly know that??) So went round in circles, in the end had to phone from abroad only for the rep to make a mess of getting it under control. Dreadful experience

I put In a Chargeback claim against MYIQ who scammed me out of £100.02. Tescobank did nothing to try and resolve the matter In hand. To say I'm very disappointed to say the least. I will never ever recommend them to my family or friends because yet again MYIQ Scammers have won again and It won't be the last time I no longer trust Tescobank to do the right thing.

I needed to answer a question re my Tesco credit card. It wasn’t in the FAQs, so phoned to speak with a person.
Waited c 5 mins, but the man I spoke to listened well & gave me the precise answer to my question.
Open a savings account with Tesco Bank
Open a savings account with Tesco Bank, filled all the online details in etc. Get the account details through so I added funds to the account. Then I get an email saying they've sent a form to sign and return to get the account fully open, signed the form and sent it back a week ago but still can't withdraw money from the account as not fully open. Nearly 2 weeks and no access to my money now.
If you want to go back 10years to how online banking used to be Tesco Bank is for you.
While other banks use methods where you take a photo of passport and then taking a selfie to verify you with the account open in30 mins, Tesco rely on a signature and the equally useless service of the Royal Mail.
Try going to Chase Bank or one of the other challenger banks, ignore these old has beens stuck in the past.
